LorinthsRpgMobs
This is a simple 'plug and play' plugin that adds a difficulty to creatures, and a Level Indication based on their distance from Spawn. The current formula to get the mobs level is by default as follows....
(((Distance from closest spawnpoint) - CenterBuffer) / Distance) + 1 = Mob Level
-
This gives the result of creatures 0 - 49 blocks from spawn = Level 1. 50-99 = Level 2, etc
-
The distance value of, 50, can be modified by your own choice
What these levels change and add...
-
Increases Damage / Health a monster has (these levels play into configurable formulas that increase damage and health)
-
Adds armor to creatures at specific increments (configurable)
-
Gives different loot drops based on level
Level Regions
Level regions can be created (in conjunction with World Guard) to create zones of stronger/weaker mobs!
You simply create a level region with the worldguard id and give it a level!
From there you can customize mob names based on regions!

Is there a way to make it so the mobs spawns at a random level?
In reply to 99Kioie:
Yes there is! Under each spawnpoint you can configure 'Variance' which adds a random value up to your value to the base level calculated.
As an example:
- Spawnpoint calculates mob level as 10
- Spawnpoint variance is set to 5
- Mobs will spawn from 10-14 (10 + (0-5 not inclusive))
All my mobs spawn with half heart hp any known reason to that?
In reply to Flangonflam:
Not sure, apologies for late reply I pay more attention to discord/spigot. But I'm back and working on plugins more.
If you want to DM me with your config.yml I can try to help
Is it possible to add parties plugin support? For SkillApi + Parties?

In reply to Forge_User_88533043:
When installing this plugin using Newest ver 1.1.2 and the previous; i do not have a monsters.yml file, nor do my skeletons have bows anymore. The mobs also do not show their level above their head. It just shows their default name.
Should i make a bug report? Or is there a simple fix for this?
Are you upgrading from the old versions? 2.x+?
If so, take your old config files out and let the plugin make you a new config. The config is setup a little differently than before.
In reply to lorinthios:
Still no monsters.yml and the skeletons still do not have bows.

No errors showing up in console at any given time.
I'm using quite a few plugins... maybe its a compatibility issue? I'm going to PM you the list i have.
In reply to JasonFromSAGE:
Mob Variants have been released! They are disabled by default so you can configure them as needed before turning them on.
this is so interesting, i always hoped for this. However, i need custom spawn point, not 0,0

Version 1.1.0 is coming in hot! (Pun Intended)
With version 1.1.0 you will be able to configure different aspects of mob variants. Currently the list includes the following...
You can decide to disable any of these you don't want or the entire feature if you hate it! I'm doing some testing but will most likely release it tonight if not tomorrow!
Made a discord link for you guys to be able to reach out to me and post requests/issues on there for quicker feedback! Join it and I'll post when updates are released and such!

WOO!
Version 1.0.0 is practically done! This will allow you to give equipment to zombies/skeletons/wither skeletons/villagers/etc, any creature that can use equipment!
This is drastically improved from previous versions of LRM as it lets you set a chance for the equipment (defaults to 100% if not set), and allows you to set the drop rate of items as well by including 'drop:' tag with a percentage.
Note: You don't have to include %, and you can do decimals such as 10.5 for 10.5%
