Requests & Bugs
Feel free to post here any requests for new features and/or any bugs that you have found. I will endeavour to implement new features and resolve bugs within days if not hours of them being reported.
Please can you leave as many details as possible so that it will make it easier for me to diagnose the problems.
Any new features should be reasonable. I am not going to completely re-hall the plugin to implement a massive change however I am more than happy to add new features such as new settings and proficiencies etc.
Would it be possible to hide players names above their heads of opposing guilds?

I will add this feature in the next version along with settings to change color if I can find a method to do this.

I do not know if you consider this a major change or need a re-hall but here it goes
Is it possible to have some sort of "point bank" system for a guild. as in you have one dedicated chest at the very center of a guild home and players put items inside of that chest which translate into "guild points".
So for a mining guild, if they deposit diamond picks, the picks get destroyed and receive points in return, then the guild leader and his officers should be able to spend the points buying upgrades for the guild such as mining speed, haste, or anything they desire for the guild.
As a default all guilds would start at 0 points and would need to earn them via either PvP, trading items for points, or any other method that could be added later such as "objectives".
Doing a system like this would take a giant load off the staff and allow the developers of a server to set costs for each perk giving it a more interesting flavor, it would also add a unique spin to a guild system giving them another goal to work towards.
If needed I can easily flesh this idea out.

You should try my other plugin playerexp... It's simular to what you described but for solo players not guilds. I have been planning something simular for a while. We will see.

I had posted this on the main comments, but not sure if it got noticed or not. I noticed that when I have v2.2.3 loaded, players no longer show up on my dynmap. I'm not really sure what could be conflicting with it, but thought I'd let you know! Is there something in the code that could be conflicting with it? Thanks!
Aye I seen playerexp, was hoping it could be a sort of toggle in the configuration for people who don't want to use it such as Use-Guild-Points:true/false
would keep both sides of the coin happy, but create more work for you
I'm running 2.2.3 and I have a problem with instabreak. On the proficiencies page you describe it being used with only a gold pick but with that ability true i can break any block with my fists or any tool. There used to be a item id config to input 285 for the gold pick but i couldn't even get that to work when that was an option. Could you also not let bedrock to be mined?
It is a great plugin that really improves the gameplay of my server! Thank you!

I do not know how that could be. The only code that may effect it may be the invisibility but not for all players. Could you post more detailed information about when it occurs etc?

I like the idea and believe me I have thought of it but I am going to create the GuildsExp plugin as a separate one because I feel it will make Guilds sluggish and too complicated.

Can you make an intergration for HeroChat? I can't get the GuildName to show up in chat,
A suggestion: For the storm damage attribute, can the plugin check if there's a block above the person, instead of checking if the person is completely surrounded by blocks?
Because people should be able to take cover below trees / in caves imo.
I gave my users guilds.user.* but they can not create a guild and they are all complaining :( please help

FIXED I gave the default user the permission node "guilds.admin.create" I really believe it should be a user command though

Loving the plugin so far, but I do have a few ideas that I believe will make it even better ! :)
- Scores : Keep some sort of score system, so people can see which guild has the most kills/players/is the most powerful on the server, to try and take them down
- Sub-guilds - Be part of one big "class", and be able to create a sub-guild. Like "Elfs of Forest 1", "Elfs of the Old Forest", "Elfs of the mountains". All part of the "Elf" guild.
- Taking bases/multiple bases - Forcing people out of their base and taking control of it. That way for example a sub-guild would have to respawn at their main-guild's base, and have to create a new base somewhere else.
- Guild Masters - Guild commander, person in charge.

You can give players permission to only join certain Guilds through guilds.user.join.<Guild Name>...

If you are editing files while the server is running you need to use the /guilds load command.

Some great ideas Pr4w love them and will look to implement in v2.2.5. I am looking at the whole Guild owner and rankings thing but cannot decide exactly how this will work. Any detailed ideas?
