SignShop v4
SignShop allows you to set up physical shops by punching a chest with your items you want to sell, then punching a sign (while holding redstone dust). It's easy to set up, and even easier to customize!
This plugin requires Vault and a vault compatible economy plugin.

Example SignShop
This is an example of how to set up a [Buy] sign with SignShop. The sign above is linked to a chest containing items. In this example, it will sell an enchanted pickaxe for 600 Waffles (Waffles are our server's currency :-) ).

Idk if you can do this or even if you want to but... Could you add a closing time for shops based on minecraft time. Like set it so you can only buy/sell during the day or night

Interesting idea. Right now wargamer is working on getting double chests to work properly. I'm going to turn your comment into a ticket and see what he has to say about it.
Feature Request: Multiple Chests per 1 sell sign.
I have no idea if its even possible but it would be a nice feature for high quantity selling items.

it works great!
the fact you can put your chest far away and don't have to have them in the way. the color coding for empty and stocked chests is also a good feature. using dev 2037. i did have a moment where i didn't think it was working i was buying from my own shop and wondering why my funds were not changing. lol thanks for the great mod.

It is bad practice to update your server to non recommended builds. Most plugin developers only build against recommended builds. Fortunately for you, wargamer2010 had the time to update the plugin BEFORE the recommended build comes out. This may not happen in the future, so you might want to consider that.
When will the plugin be updated for 1.2? my server is down till this update comes out!!!

playerIsOp means that only those with Signshop.Admin.* can make the sign. If you don't want the user to pay, you can just leave the bottom line blank on a [Buy] or [Sell] sign or put a 0 there, then no money changes hands, but items do. If that's not what you are talking about, then this is what you want.
You probably want to set some messages for the transactions and things later in the config. Also, I'm not sure if you wanted those signs left for admins or OPs only, so I kept that in there, you can always remove it.

So you might use Signshop.Signs.Buy to let a player create a [Buy] sign, or -Signshop.Signs.Device to disallow members creating Device signs.

no its doesnt because I want the seller to receive money, just not from me, thats what you get from gsell, but i dont want the item in return, thats the dilemna

That defeats the point of the gsell sign then You could just use isell

I have this:

Would that work? Oh and when it says "playerIsOp" does that mean the seller has to be op too, not just the buyer?

This plugin requires Vault so you can use whatever permission system, and whatever economy you'd like. I assure you, Vault does not screw up movement or anything of that sort. Vault doesn't do ANYTHING unless another plugin talks to it, which in this case SignShop does.

You can't have them on one sign, but you can go into the config and create a new sign that does both.

Replace the * with the sign names for a full list of permissions. It would be silly to list them twice.

Vault is a extra plugin, Its like spout almost for me, which screws up movement on my server when I use spoutcraft.
Can I use the gsell and isell on the same sign. I dont want the sign owner to pay and I dont want the item to stay in the chest, how do I do this in one shop?

Device signs only work for redstone levers, so what you can do is create a simple redstone circuit to the iron door that's activated with a lever, and link the Device sign to that.
How can i configure Device to open the iron door?

Hmm, it would appear that the DeviceOff sign is not currently working, but DeviceOn is. We will look into it.
