Update still waiting for friend to come and test it with me, but Im happy to say that annoying reward message system is finally fixed and its no longer spammy as hell. In short: instead multiple message every time rewards are send out, players will get only one message that includes total amount of XP and money reward from all capture points their faction owns.

After this update, I will focus to update FCP for Factions 2.X (with MCore).

Thanks for the report, I will check that out today and see what I can do.
I just noticed that if a fcp region is inside another region it will take over the farewell and greeting of both regions.
I'm using the one for factions v2
Second update planned to be released today or tmr, includes "misc" reward sign and few small fixes.

Just finished with first round of testings. One new "feature" added.
/fcp misc command allows you to setup "benefit: misc" capture point, this can be used to set potion and/or command rewards to the sign without worrying about creating XP or Money Capture Points if you dont wish.

Currently command and potion region rewards are connected to already existing Capture Points (XP or money). I understand FCP is currently going very confusing times and lack of detailed well explained guides do not help to clear that.
Ultimate goal is to wait for WorldGuard 6.0 version, WG will provide official support for custom flags in that version, Im planning to hook into that making it possible to have any type of rewards without need to setup money or xp sign.
That said, Im actively doing small tests with FCP trying to find different solutions to make life easier for server admins,
Ok so holding the item and doing /fcp PR create 10 2 does nothing. But doing it without of the item indeed does cause an internal error.
So I have to have money/exp on a point instead of just potion effect? Because there is no way of creating a region without of doing /fcapture benefit .

Only time when I got that, was when I had nothing in my hand. Try with following steps, if this does not work at all, let me know.
So few things to remember here:
1) You must be standing inside region that holds Faction Capture Points.
2) You must be holding potion in your hand before typing /fcp pr create command.
Anyhow, tutorials and guides are in horrible state and should be killed with fire, I will try to improve them eventually after current updates are done, until then "looking for helpers" announcement is still active for anyone who cares to help.

Getting internal error when trying /fcapture PR create 10 1 because /fcp does nothing, either your tutorials are medieval or your plugin doesn't work.

WorldEdit
Thank you for your answer ! Haha cool :) I tried with the file u sent me, the same message appears in my console, maybe I am doing something wrong in the installation, i'm a novice ;) I just putted blFCP.jar in the pluggin folder, do it need something else to work ?

EDIT: Send you private message with recent test build, supporting Minecraft 1.7.2 and Factions 1.8.2, direct update from recent "Factions 1.8.2 - #1" release.
Please do hustle me, more ppl spank me, more motivated I get. Less "buzz" around FCP I get, less motivated I get :P Just starting test server and I´ll look if how FCP reacts to 1.7.2.
Yeah i tried faction 1.8.2 and 2.0.1 and the same message appear for the two :( It would be amazing ;) I thought faction 1.8.2 worked on minecraft 1.7.2 because of the section "server running this plugin" in which there is a server in 1.7.2. I don't want to hustle you if you didn't release a version for 1.7.2 yet

Current release supports only Factions 1.8.2 and MC 1.6.4, do you have Factions 1.8.2? If so, I can provide quick update for 1.7.2 (not tested tho).
Hi, I have the developement build version of bukkit for minecraft 1.7.2, i putted blFCP.jar in the plugin folder but when I launch my server it tells me ERROR could not load plugin blFCP... How can I fix that ? PS: This plugin seems to be amazing ;)
Updated main page. I also added poll to get some sort of idea if people are intrest for FCP to support Factions 2.x, if not I will focus to support Factions 1.8.2 (pre MCore).

1.8.2 was last version that did not require MCore, so the "Factions 1.8.2 - #1" should do the job for you? If not let me know and I will look into it.

Any chance of the pre mc-core builds (1.8) of Factions to get support?
Several are using that still as many dislike the newer versions.
