@BBFChaser
try it before asking!
Are there any known issues with this plugin and towny?
The plugin gave me so much trouble. It seemed as everything was working. But every other day, randomly, the plugin would fail to work. Throwing a zillion severe errors at console. One server restart and its back to normal. Weird huh...
It seems as if it has the slightest problem with the MySQL connection it totally flips out.
Which other economy plugins (like showcaseshop) this plugins supports? If u have link can u give it please
Sorry for the reply i finaly found your tutorial working on it now thanks whata great change from iConomy.
Sorry for asking this im sure you have been asked multiple times but i havent found my answer.
How do you convert the accounts.mini from iconomy to a file i can use in mineconomy?
Thanks for great plugin :) I'm switched from laggy and buggy iConomy to MineConomy and I and my players are happy now. I had some trouble with migrating MySQL database from iConomy, but /vaul convert helps me a lot.
Thanks for iConomy style commands, my players don't need to teach new commands :)
Most of money plugins, which using Vaul works correctly with it, but I have some troubles with CashFlow and Citizens (first one is using Vault, but won't work). For citizens money quest, I'm using command /eco give player xx (command from essentials) as reward, because /money give from MineConomy won't work from console... it's a small trouble for me.
And I have another trouble, when I pay someone, this person don't have a message like "player X has paid you xx$".
One of my players done Polish translation for MineConomy, I Can send this, if you want.
Anyway, thanks for good replacement for iConomy, BoseConomy have some annoyances (you can't pay to offline players etc.) and finally I'm Choosed MineConomy. I'm waiting for Group support :)
@RustyDagger
The server shouldn't hang or lag when disabling MineConomy's MySQL. When disabling MySQL, all MineConomy does is save its current files (at normal speed) and disconnect from the database.
I can't replicate lag when MineConomy disables with MySQL. (Unless you are using the GUI; in that case, it will lag because it has to shut down the entire GUI.)
It seems like a connection issue with your network, not an inefficiency with MineConomy.
Does any one elses server just hang at [MineConomy] [INFO] Disabling MineConomy...
For a very long time when shutting down in Mysql?
its very odd and very annoying every other plugin shuts down fast even logging plugins like logblock shut down faster. or atl east give some feedback as to what they are doing.
@supernova8080
This error looks like it is from your server not being able to connect to the internet (or having insufficient permissions). I can not replicate it, and would recommend asking your network admin.
I will also need the stack trace from the error that occurs when you try to pay someone.
every time i try to pay someone it says there was an internal error HELP!!!
i got this error code help!!! @MjolnirCommando
Ah, I guess I missed the tree for the forest of comments. I appreciate that it's going to be fixed. :)
@SGrayMe
No, this is already a confirmed bug. It will be fixed by the next version.
@RustyDagger
You should never just switch out a plugin for another before some testing.
I am testing all new plugins for about a week with a team of 10 players online atleast 6hours a day. (I do not mean that you should do this so heavily though)
If there is some bugs I report them and wait a week to see if they are fixed, if not, I just do a simpel "bump" and not a "Did the dev die!".
@Kiwz
No i dont think Its a bit harsh i have an error that is lagging my server I have reported the issue and I have not had even a rely that he has seen the issue. For over 2 days.
Was it your intention to keep the chat tag text hardcoded as "MineConomy"? I had the impression this was modifiable by being added to lang file, but on server start, it just resets back to "MineConomy" and uses that. It'd be nice to not only change the text itself, but set the color code and bracket style myself.
@RustyDagger
Its nice of you to inform the dev about bugs and other stuff, but dont you think this is a bit harsh?
Did the dev die?
Filed a ticket with an error That I am getting.
