I am sorry, but iConomy uses a ".mini" file instead of the format MineConomy uses. I have two suggestions for this problem.
The first suggestion: You go by hand through the iConomy accounts file and transfer balances over to the MineConomy accounts file using their respective formats. This is could be hard, time consuming, and inaccurate.
The second suggestion: I might be able to make a parser to read iConomy account files and convert them to MineConomy account files. This may take some time to perfect, but it is reasonable and would be easy for you to use.
Yes, I have thought of that myself and will put a "/money" command into the next version.
I think that it would be awesome! It could also provide a form of "physical" currency. I will add an option to allow this in the preferences file and put it into the next version. Thanks for the idea!
feature request: experience orbs as currency
Is there any way to import user money files from iconomy to this one? Iconomy is really outdated and I might want to come over to this plugin. Also, can /mc be changed into /money or have a option to change the command in the .properties file?
Kentngo: You are correct. I was unaware of this bug and have released a patch for it. I am very thankful for the feedback. People who point out problems help make this a better mod.
It might just be me, but every time I use the /mc give command, it ends up acting like the /mc set command. Person A has 100 dollars. /mc give Person A 100 Person A has 100 dollars.
