JukeLoop
[ English | Français ]
Accept no substitutes. This is the Jukebox plugin you've been looking for. JukeLoop makes Minecraft's jukeboxes incredibly cool. They will constantly play on a loop, optionally cycling through discs in a chest or attached hopper. They automatically start when your server restarts and when any player is nearby. Furthermore (and new in version 0.1.4) disc changing can be triggered by a redstone pulse!
Features
- Built-in auto-update functionality
- Records will start playing automatically even after a server restart. (locations of jukeboxes stored in config)
- Punch the jukebox to skip the song, or apply a redstone pulse!
- Rotate through records in a chest placed adjacent to the jukebox
- jukeboxes will place played discs in a hopper if there is one directly below
- jukeboxes will take discs from an attached hopper
Commands
- None
Permissions
- 'jukeloop.use' - players with this permission will automatically have their jukeboxes repeat.

that might be the piece of info I've been waiting to hear, but only if it can be reproduced on spigot or craftbukkit. I'll try my own tests tonight or tomorrow and see if I can reliably reproduce the issue here, if so, we're well on the way to fixing it.
@metalhedd
I have a mcpc+ server and I have a chest connected directly to the jukebox with all the game Cd's and I noticed it will copy over the next cd in playlist with the cd its currently on every server restart and rare occasions when chunk is reloaded. Here is an example of what I'm talking about. I am currently playing "strad" and "stal" is the next disc in the chest to be played. I restart the server and it starts to play next disc which should be "stal" but instead is "strad" again. When i open the chest i see that it has copied itself over the next disc its suppose to play with the disc it was on before server restart. I can do this for all the discs and it will copy over every single one every server restart. If you need more help in your testing your welcome to my server to see it for yourself just let me know.
@SpookyPirate
I have heard the same from another user before, but I've tried to reproduce it over and over with no luck... The best I can figure is that its related to chunks loading/unloading at EXACTLY the point where a disk is switching. It's also possible that its related to redstone or hopper support. it's hard to say for sure because I can't reproduce it, so any input you can offer would be appreciated. It's been a while since I looked into it so I will make another attempt to track it down if you can provide any info about the particular jukebox setups that are having this problem.
Hello there. I'm really loving the plugin. I have been experiencing a problem on my server though where over time the music disks all just become copies of the same disk. I don't know what variables may be causing this but I thought you might have some idea. Thank you.
@metalhedd
Okay thanks for the quick response!
@nullschritt
I'll look into adding support for modded disks but the plugin relies on knowing how long each song is supposed to last, so the config file would require you to enter the itemId and total duration of the song for each custom record.
@slowmonkey1227
no unfortunately not, there's no way to 'fade' the volume, the 'song' packet is only sent to the client once when the song starts playing, we lose all control of what the client hears after that point.
@_Wanderer
I am also really interested to know if it does or if it is possible to add that. My problem is I just want it to play in one room and fade out when you leave the room. Is this a possibility?
Nevermind, it seems that it does not support custom(moded) disks, and that was my problem. Would be really cool if it did!
Looks great! Unfortunatley it doesnt work on my server. No error, the plugin loads, just, the music won't loop or cycle. It'de be nice to have some sort of command, to produce a viable error in the console when called. I am running MCPC + 1.5.2.
Great plugin! Is there any way to change how far away people can hear the music? Let me know! Thanks!

@scysys
Can you provide a screenshot explaining the problem? as well as a complete plugin listing? I've never heard of anything like that. Jukeloop doesn't do anything with textures, or interfere with any chests or any other data values. Its extremely unlikely to be responsible for any problem with loading a chest or a texture.
@metalhedd
Great, but there was another Error :)
It is your Plugin. When it is in use Normal Chest will not load as Chest. They will load as Stone. But it is a Chest only the Texture will not load. I test it without your Plugin again and this error not ocurs.
No Errorline in Console and sry about my English :)
Pretty nice!
It would be better if JukeLoop recognize mods' disc!~ :)
Thanks, that was fast! Keep up the great work :D
@scysys
Thanks, that's been fixed in v0.1.8, I just uploaded it a few hours ago, so it should show up some time today.
Anything is working great, but on Relog it shows some error

@icedemond5
from a single jukebox? how would that work exactly?
Is there a way to have multiple loops at once?
@Raitane
Glad to hear it. What was your problem? :)
