JukeLoop
[ English | Français ]
Accept no substitutes. This is the Jukebox plugin you've been looking for. JukeLoop makes Minecraft's jukeboxes incredibly cool. They will constantly play on a loop, optionally cycling through discs in a chest or attached hopper. They automatically start when your server restarts and when any player is nearby. Furthermore (and new in version 0.1.4) disc changing can be triggered by a redstone pulse!
Features
- Built-in auto-update functionality
- Records will start playing automatically even after a server restart. (locations of jukeboxes stored in config)
- Punch the jukebox to skip the song, or apply a redstone pulse!
- Rotate through records in a chest placed adjacent to the jukebox
- jukeboxes will place played discs in a hopper if there is one directly below
- jukeboxes will take discs from an attached hopper
Commands
- None
Permissions
- 'jukeloop.use' - players with this permission will automatically have their jukeboxes repeat.

@psychederic
The value in the config file is in seconds. just do (minutes * 60) + seconds
@metalhedd
Your plugin is amazing, works perfectly on my server, the only problem I am having is with adjusting record duration for my custom records.
I can change the duration and make it stay that way, but the duration in my config file is not in minutes / seconds EG: GOLD_RECORD: 178 I really need to know how to calculate the duration of a record that is a certain amount of minutes / sec long.
How do I convert the record duration ? in the config files they are these strange numbers
GOLD_RECORD: 178 GREEN_RECORD: 185
but this is the actual length of the tracks in seconds and minutes
GOLD_RECORD, 2:58 GREEN_RECORD 3:05
I can't seem to make this connection, what numbers do I use in config files duration settings for a track that is 8:34 min for example ?
@Hazel1
Thats a limitation of minecraft, unfortunately there's not much that can be done about it. Maybe the work they did on the sound system for 1.7 will allow for it, we'll have to wait and see.
One thing that bothers me is when you leave then rejoin the server while the music is playing, is that you can't hear it anymore till it plays the next song. Anyway to fix that or is it on Minecraft's side? Nice plugin by the way.
@Haitherecreepermc
the config file gets rewritten when the server is shut down, you have to make your config.yml changes while the server is down.
Uh, so I'm running 0.1.9 and I changed the duration of the disks, save, reload, and they go back to normal. I really need this cause my server uses a custom resource pack with custom music.
@metalhedd
Nah, no need. I fully confident you fixed auto update on v0.1.9 :)
Cheers.
@ha11oga11o
If you want to update manually, you can put
auto-update: notify-only
in your config file and it will just notify admins when they log in if there's an update. or you can set it to false to completely disable it.@metalhedd
Yeah i know what it does. Im telling you it do that every time after restart. I am at 0.1.8. version. I will update it manually, its not problem. BUT automatic update is not working for me thou.
Last post was just FYI. Anyways plugin, hohooo plugin is great, works fine and im really satisfied.
Many thnx :)
@ha11oga11o
That's downloading the new update. it should only happen once. are you currently running 0.1.9 and still seeing that message?
hello,
every time i start server i have this:
http://pastebin.com/aBhmiQwm
I know its not anything panicking, but can we avoid it?
Thanks :)
@technolians
Exactly which disks are what in the config.
Great plugin, thanks! :-)
@metalhedd
Nope, we did have Spout with a custom music disc plugin but that was a while back.
@Jahb57
Are you running a modded server with some extra music discs? The exception is saying that it doesn't know the duration of the record in one of the jukeboxes, but there are values in the config for all of the vanilla ones, and I'm not able to reproduce the error. I'm going to do a new release that should at least bypass any jukeboxes with unrecognized discs in them, that should help.
This plugin spams my Console with Warnings.

@steffan2011
Yes, I've been meaning to do this since resource packs were announced. Unfortunately, it will never be a perfect solution since you can't force a resource pack on someone, so that aspect of JukeLoop might not ever work perfectly again :(
I'll upload a new build with the configurable times asap though. :D
Can you please make record time a config item?? MY server resource pack has custom music on the records
