IMPORTANT INFORMATION (25. June 2012)
This project has now been taken over by iKeirNez, who will continue work on CommandsEX in the same fashion I did - and even better! It was a pleasure to create this tiny little thingy for you guys. Have some great Minecraft days in there and see you all in another life :) zathrus_writer
Build your very own plugin set - Lego style!
If you ever needed a single function but had to download a massive plugin that contained it, you will probably know the feeling. It could be hard to pick up the right plugin-set for a server with all the plugins currently in existence. Especially since many of them conflict with each other.
That is the idea behind CommandsEX project - to allow server administrators to choose which commands and functions they really need and let them trash all the rest.
More information

- CommandsEX Builder - create your very own CommandsEX build!
- CommandsEX Test Server - play about with the latest features not yet available to download!
Configuration
CommandsEX uses standard config.yml file, located in CommandsEX folder in your plugins directory. Options in the configuration file are clearly commented and their list is also present in the Configuration section of the plugin Wiki.
Additionally, CommandsEX allows anybody with the permission to access the /cex command. Some options from the config file are retrievable and can also be updated via this command.

@Siikaonvitunkala
Currently you need permissions to use it, but in the next update it will be fixed. Sorry about that!
@iKeirNez
but im the server owner how can i promote my self?
@qwerty1005502
Thanks, fixed and will be in the next update. It was due to a small typo made. Also yes we are thinking of adding a Donate button but I need to sort some other stuff out first.
@Siikaonvitunkala
Yes we have changed that. We put it into place if Server Owners didn't want their admins having these commands but it has been changed so that OP will get it by default.
Hi always when i try to slap my friend with that /slap command but that says you dont have sufficient permission to use this command and im Op!? Please help:(
Hi,
The /sethome command dosn't seem to be working... can someone look into this please!
Thanks for all the work you guys do, please add a Donation button or something!
@Bars96
Yeah, we are working to do this in OpenInv style! Thanks for your suggestions I think we will have a creative mode manager type thing that will allow you to block all kinds of things like hitting players in creative mode.
@doggyroc
Glad you got it sorted, we will look into this issue with the builder :)
@CarlosArias604
Umm... I have downloaded the latest build just yesterday, with the CommandsEx builder that is, i checked the MOTD box, but i did not click the /motd box ( The one for players to see it also when they do not login, would that cause a problem? if not here is the part of my config that does that.
motd: "Welcome back to DocileCraft, {playername}." motdNewPlayer: "&4Welcome to DocileCraft, {playername}.{newline}&4To apply go to our website at:"
EDIT: I fixed it, turns out you have to press the /motd box in the builder
@doggyroc
Hey Doggyroc
From testing it myself I have no problem with MOTD, With new players or regular players. If you could try downloading the latest build to see if this fixes the issue?
The other thing that could be causing the problem is in the config file the MOTD should be in quotation marks like so:
"&aWelcome to my server!&b I hope you enjoy it here!"
That may be the cause of your issue, If you could try those both and get back to me I would appreciate it!

Off topic but I love your art on the Minecraftforums :)
Few commands:
/openinv <player> - open player's inventory as chest.
Suggestions for jail: Check jail time Disallow chatting Disallow all command Temp jail and mute (min, hour, day, week, month)
New permission: player deny drop items if his game mode is creative.
Hmm... Is it just me or does the motd not work...
@Bars96
Thanks for the suggestions, we added playertime a few days ago, it will be in the update :D I believe you can check which biome you are in by press F3? Yes we will add whois. You can check if someone has been banned by doing /bcheck. :D
Add some commands:
/playertime - change time in player's client, not on server /biome - check current player's biome /whois - IP of player and another information /isbanned - check player ban status
I'm help you to improve your great perspective plugin! Just write me PM.
@Pr0Failure
Thanks for your suggestions and we will definitely consider them. For no drop and no pickup I was thinking if we added them as commands and also made it so that when you go invisible it will automatically enable them.
Just some suggestions for more commands:
/nodrop, /nd (disables dropping items on death and/or dropping in general) /nopickup, /np (disables picking up of items (useful for when invisible or just diamond hunting) /enchant <enchant> <enchant level> (enchants held item)
Just noticed that there is an issue with the CommandsEx builder when selecting the /item command, a new version of the builder has been uploaded to fix the issue.
EDIT: Hmmm there seems to be some more issues, we are looking into it now
@esetornado
