@willkiller1234 "standing inside of the area for a certain amount of time" is on my to-do list, "must be enemy" is also there. For that warning feature, I was thinking something like when sign is captured, plugin will message to sign owner faction that enemy faction is trying to take over sign, then timer starts and if you dont reclaim sign for x seconds you will lose sign.
Alpha build comes in phases, so I cant promise when X feature will be done, I try to wait certain amount of time between releases to get necessary bug reports etc. before releasing new.
Is there a way you can add like a pvp thing to this? Like only enemy factions can take over your sign. Also, it warns you when an enemy is near your sign and the enemy has to capture the place around your sign by standing inside of the area for a certain amount of time then they are able to click the sign? Is this possible?
Third update is now uploaded, waiting for bukkit to approve. This will change sign format and if you dont manually update them (or remove and regenerate configure files), you will get alot errors. Remember this is alpha testing still, so if you dont want to keep changing stuff then wait for beta release.
Most the problems has been fixed, only thing left to do is add few proper error messages in case commands are typed wrong. If nothing horrible happends upload will come later today after I have got some sleep. Features complete:
- Multiword support, fixes bug with capture point deletion.
- Item/Chest rewards (give items from chest near sign).
- Define exact amount of XP/Money per sign. (optional for each sign)
- Define when sign can be claimed between x-x time. (optional for each sign)
- Change message colors from config file (normal/error messages).
So far things looking good, completed chest rewards, multiworld and time protection features. I will look into adding unique xp/money reward amounts and then uploading.
If anyone is willing to share their server IP, I would be intrest to jump into server and check how Faction Capture Plugin is used (of course willing to take suggestions from your server players while Im there).

Yep, all the features requests in comment section or via private messages are on my "to-do" list, but feature updates comes in phases. One alpha includes only few new features so I can test them, next alpha contains again few new features etc.
"configurable amount of seconds" will come one update after next, tho next update contains option to allow sign claiming only between certain time (like 100 to 400 minecraft time).
Will you do my suggestion that you need to wait for configurable amount of seconds to capture the point? Cus it's too easy now to get point :)

EDIT: Actually, you can do /fcapture Land-Protection and /fcapture Protect-Signs to disable sign protections, then remove sign and do commands again to re-enable protections.
Hmm, I will do hotfix for you to allow remove signs as op, tho you need to add few things, will send pm very soon..

I can look into this, I just recently hooked plugin into claim event so as far I see its possible. I try and include this into upcoming update, which hopefully comes today or tmr at latest.
Next alpha build coming soon, here is quick preview what has been changed. If you dont understand something dont worry, I explain stuff better once I upload file and include changelog, these are from my own "write down what I just did" :P
1) You can now define message colors.
2) Added missing strings to message.yml for translation.
3) Added option to disable reward broadcast messages (You receive x amount of XP/Money messages). Quick way to avoid spam if dealing with multiple signs.
4) Added option to broadcast simple message such as: Capture Point rewards have been given out.
5) Added "chest" (item) rewards, placing chest near sign will automatic give all items from chest to faction players that owns sign near chest.
6) Automatic update check is now only done for stable builds, developers builds wont be included in update check (for now).

So seems to work for me, if you changed "StartCheck-Delay" or/and "CaptureCheck-Delay" without fully restarting server, you need to restart server to apply changes, for now those two options cannot be changed "on the fly":
thanks for this plugin. i have a question i change the time in the setup config :CaptureCheck-Delay 30 for 5min but this change nothing it give money every 20 s is it normal? i try to put 1, 5 , 10 but it s all the time 20s

Its possible, not with this setup but I can modify plugin and send you private version with requested features. If you can do send me private message with details, example would admins setup signs for each faction or so.
Could you make something based on this where a Faction would cease to exist if it lost all of its capture points? I'm wanting to make a war system for my server that's better than just "kill x amount of players to reduce faction power to 0," but I haven't been able to find anything decent.
I was thinking warfare could be done in a "capture the flag" type of thing, where each faction would get a set amount of points and must defend them from attackers. Say, either each faction gets 5 capture points, or maybe 1 per four plots they claim or something (ideally this would be configurable), and if they lose all of them to an attacking faction, that faction is eliminated and the attackers get their territory.
Is that possible?
one more idea.. You already hooked into factoins so maybe you can do that if factions isn't at war they can't occupy the sign? It's would add more diplomacy :P

About items/arrows etc:
Seems easy, if I just give out items to players and if they are full inventory, then no item is given, possible with error message about making some space to inventory for reward items.
About claiming sign :
I can add that, not sure if in next or one after that update, it needs bit testing but I dont see problems.
About unique Money/XP:
Sure, I can start working on those, this is what I had in mind:
1) Setup sign with /fcapture XP:50 which enables sign to give out 50 XP, and sign has text Benefit: XP:50 so players understand just by look sign how much it gives.
2) As current format does not have unique amounts, if sign has no Money:amount or XP:amount defined, it gives out standart rate from config.yml XP-Amount and Money-Amount sections.
This way old signs still works and everyone can use "simple setups", tho this is all in my head I still need to test out things and make it actually happend :P About previous question, all money rewards goes to players online instead faction to itself, bit easier and avoids problems if plugin craps out, so I dont touch factions data itself and no harm is done in any situation.
