uFuel signs are signs that when right clicked can be used to buy and sell fuel without commands or permissions.

Line 2: "buy"/"sell"

Line 4: (Anything/Blank)
1) This tells the plugin it is a fuel sign.
2) This tells the plugin if the garage is allowing you to buy fuel from it, or sell fuel to it.
3) This is the amount of fuel bought per click.
4) This is irrelevant to ucars and can be information, etc.. or just blank!
