"My initial opinion of having my own server was that players would get along. Boy, was I wrong. Only 2 days after my server's release, I already had 7 players who duped Gem Armor and blew up spawn about a trillion times. After setting gem armor to a certain rank, they then torched my spawn. After disabling most of EE until a certain playtime rank, they then found their own way around my disabling plugin. (noitem)

Features
Crash Prevention
- Prevention of certain server crashing Tekkit Classic problems, like REP's in a deployer
Ban Items and Blocks
- Ban items and blocks from vanilla Minecraft AND from any mod installed.
- Customizable messages for why something is banned (v1.19+)
Limiter
- Limit the amount a player can place of a specific kind of block.
Limited Creative
- Prevent the use (left/rightclick) of certain items in creative.
- Make players unable to move valuable items over from creative to survival.
- Prevent interaction with other inventories in creative.
- Prevent the dropping of items in creative.
Limited Interacts
- Disable the right/left clicking with items.
- Highly customizable: Prevent clicking on a block/in the air/in safezones.
SafeZones
- De-charge EE "Tools" upon entering a marked SafeZone.
- Remove most entities in SafeZones. (not including dropped items, vehicles, players, etc.)
- Force Ring of Arcana into "Earth" mode to prevent griefing.
- Advanced integration with WorldGuard and GriefPrevention to mark all regions or specific ones as safezones.
- Basic integration with Towny, Factions and PreciousStones to mark all regions as safezones.
Smelting/Crafting
- Remove smelting recipes
- Remove crafting recipes
- Prevent the crafting of banned items and warn players so they don't waste ingredients.
- As of v1.19, Tekkit Restrict can prevent crafting of banned items in ALL crafting tables, including project tables and automatic crafting tables, by integrating with forge.
Max EU
- Set the maximum EU charge Electrical IC2 items can hold.
- Change the speed at which Electrical IC2 items charge at.
EMC Value Changer
- Set, change or remove EMC values from any item or block.
Anti-Dupes
- Ability to set a command that will be executed after someone has duped x amount of times.
- Anti-Dupes for:
- RM Furnace Dupes
- Alchemy Bag + Void Ring/Black Hole Band Dupes
- Transmutation Table + Klein Star Dupes
- Tank Cart Dupes
- Teleportation Dupe
- Project Table + 2 players Dupe
- Automatic Crafting Table Mk. 2 + Mining Laser/Mining Turtle/BlockBreaker Dupes
Anti-Hacks
- Ability to set a command that will be executed after someone has hacked x amount of times.
- Anti-Hacks for:
- Speed Hacks
- Fly Hacks
- Forcefield Hacks (hit players out of range/out of your field of view)
Logging
- Split the server log output into various other files.
- Filter out certain messages so they don't show up in the console.
- Log the usage of EE Tools
Other
- Prevent the use of certain Gem armor abilities
- Forcefully unload chunks when the total number is getting too high.
- Prevent the placement of certain blocks next to locked machines/chests, to prevent people from stealing stuff with buildcraft pipes.
- Display the server time used by each and every eventlistener on the server to see what plugins are causing lag.
- Open and modify the alchemy bags and inventories of people, online and offline.
- Teleport to places where there are alot of items on the ground.
- Patch ComputerCraft to make sure people can't crash your server with ComputerCraft scripts.
- Set the minimum time for RedPower timers to prevent lag.

Metrics
Tekkit Restrict uses Hidendra's plugin metrics system, and as of version 1.18 also uses TMetrics by Taeir. This means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org and metrics.taico.nl:
- A unique identifier
- The server's Java version
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The minecraft version of the server
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The amount of CPU cores
- The amount of memory allocated to your server
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
If you wish to disable Metrics, you can do so by opt-ing out, which you can do in the Metrics config file under /plugins/PluginMetrics/
You can disable TMetrics in the General.config.yml file under /plugins/TekkitRestrict/
Auto-updater
Tekkit Restrict has a built-in auto-updater, which connects to BukkitDev to check for updates. If you want to change or disable this behaviour, you can change the update settings in the General.config.yml file.
[What is missing?] It's quite obvious that I rushed some of the plugin to get the beta up so soon.
The only thing that I missed was getting the RedStone timer auto-setter added in.
[Planned coding break] I've been coding this plugin for a week straight. I am taking some time off so I can recuperate.

I can tell you it work seamless with nolagg and others. hope this save your time and speed up your development ( because i need you to do it fast my sem break gonna be gone in 1 week ). I can also give you admin privilage to test and stuff. peak hour my server may go up to 40 player or more. do let me know if you would like to have a look or something my ign is Ultimategodlike. =D
well your plugin is still the first plugin to let us peep into alchemybag + fixed 3 dupes.
if you need empty server to test on i have it too. ( totally empty without any plugin, you can install if you want tho )

Got a few questions for you. (1)How well does the logging of the certain items work with CoreProtect? (2)Also when i place a node to restrict an item no console gets spammed ever half second with a item restriction message, it gets rid of the item but i get spammed a hella lot (3)as well as when im attacked, i get a message saying "[tekkirestrict] CraftPlayer{name=Muzixs} : -(3 sets of insane numbers)" One more thing, im kinda confused with the a few of the options in the config. (4)Do u mind making a file to explain them?

1: Realized that your working on it. 2: Found that holding a restricted item while in creative mode would not get rid of the item until you died with it an changed back to survival. 3:? 4:Up to you. =3

Essentially, I want my plugin to be an all-in-one except for the bukkit plugins that are listed.
There is a function in java in which you can "Reload" a specific [Loaded] .class file. If I use this patch, it would be built-in and I would just use a loader to chain it in.
However, it takes a lot of work and a lot of debugging to work.

As of the Beta release, you can use [tekkitrestrict.noitem.27532] To prevent duping via alchemy bag. This might as well would be the best fix I can think of. However, I will make it so that in the config, you can just set [AlcBagDupe] to [true] and it will remove all of those nasty black hole bands for you.

@aroeira Yes, WorldGuard Regions are fidgety little beasts... However, I will work on those for the Base release 0.5, not the beta. (I was originally going to use worldguards, but implementing requires the current setup as-is)

however i tested item limit it doesnt work, noitem works tho ( i think its not intended to work in alpha dev version right ? )
and another thing im so doubt about is the item logging to hawkeye. is it possible to make your description more details? such as what item and with some examples.
did you mean tools here? or weapon ? or explosive or evertide amulet type or all of above?
anyway i really hope you will port the logging to core protect its so widely used now adays.
lastly /openalc will show the player inventory instead of ours after we close it. it will however revert back to the correct inventory after awhile.

For now this plugin only protect regions that I create with the command: /tr admin safezone add [name] ?
If this is released I would put it on the server

At the moment, It support PEX, but I will try and see how superPerms work (Should be an easy fix) I will try to add this to the Beta Release.

Translates to:
[NoItem] Automatically converts said items into dirt. (You can specify which itemID they turn into globally in the config)
Please note, that these are for beta when it comes out. They do NOT work for Alpha.
Id is suited best for when the item id = :1 because just specifying [num] works for ALL datatypes in that range.

we limit the item placement? that means we can limit like each player can only place 10 condensor and stuff?? can they bypass using deployer and such?
the item placement limiter doesnt work for me for some reason.
Im using core protect as grief protection & rollback tool and its great, but your plugins is the greatest ^_^ !!
