Looking for Dev builds?
Dev builds give off new features and bug fixes before they are officially released, however these features and bug fixes may not have been tested as much as a release on here
Old page:
I am testing this new page out. I am aware of some parts that are missing such as ship types, but please say if there is anything that you wish to see. I plan on making a FAQ's that includes common questions such as how to change ship requirements.
If you want to see the old page, it is here

Ships 6 changes
Ships has gone through many changes, Ships 6 is the latest rewrite of the plugin. The latest rewrite fixes multiple bugs found in the root of previous versions of Ships.
Features
Moving ships
As the name of the plugin suggests, you can create your own ship and move it with just a single click.
Works with all blocks
There is a fully-fledged list where you can configure every block to react differently for the ships, including being able to add a block type to interact with Ships, detect it as a collide, and even not react at all.
Teleport to ships
There have been many requests to be able to teleport to ships for not only this plugin but others like it. This feature has been added to Ships, however, if it is something you do not wish, then you can disable to command by not adding the command.
Falling Ships
Ships will fall/sink if requirements are not met, this could be done through your own interaction such as running out of fuel, or by something else such as a TNT explosion.

similarly
In reply to MoseMister:
I mean none of it works. I'm using your latest version for 1.13.2. None of the commands work, the config is empty, and the sign formatting doesn't automatically set itself when I input what's needed on the sign. I like the plugin, I've used it before, but I personally prefer Movecraft. I just thought I'd try this out since it's 1.13.2 and Movecraft isn't.
In reply to XLentGamingNetwork:
Thats strange. Could you send a copy of your server log? It sounds like its crashing on boot? I also want to check a few other things if its not.
In reply to Hoolkyd:
Would you also be able to post your server boot log too? I would like to fix any and all bugs.
In reply to MoseMister:
Sure, I'll get to it in about a day or so.
Hey, ATM i have a problem with the plugin whenever i do the license, it says ships is not installed in my server.
[Ships]
ship

im on 5.1 version, and I don't know what to do
In reply to crystalline1:
5.1 prealpha doesn't have the Ship type installed. It only has OPShip. Ship was going to be added in a later date but is now going to be added in 6.0.0.0.
In reply to MoseMister:
I'm using 5.1 alpha 2, is that the one talking about as pre-alpha version?
In reply to crystalline1:
Yeah. Sorry I must have forgotten to put pre infront of the name.
Ships 1.13.2 - TLDR
Too long didn't read. In short, there is a bug in 1.13.2 on the CraftBukkit side of things that stops plugins from adding there own items into Furnaces (not tested any other blocks). This has lead to a lack of stable releases.
I started work on Ships 6.0.0.0 (which was originally going to be the only ships to release on 1.12 until Mojang stated that Minecraft 1.13 was going to strip away Block Ids ... so it got pushed to 1.13) while this bug gets sorted with the idea that Ships 5.1 would be a stepping stone when 1.13 was fixed but Ships 6.0.0.0 wasn't ready.
Thats the whole story so far .... surprised i managed to get it in 2 paragraphs.
Update on Ships for 1.13.2
For those who don't know, Ships 6.0.0.0 went through a development problem where it has been rewritten from the ground up a number of times. However I have finally made a Ships I like to call 6.0.0.0.
This newer version of 6.0.0.0 is cross compatible between Sponge and Bukkit, meaning I only need to write the code once to work on both Sponge and Bukkit. Due to cross compatibility support I have been building and running Ships 6.0.0.0 on Sponge in hopes that it will work on Bukkit (if it doesn't don't worry, Ill be fixing them before hand).
With that in mind, Ships 6.0.0.0 has actually got more features and is more stable then Ships 5.1, so anyone somehow still running 5.1, remove it.
Release date
Ships 6.0.0.0 will drop a pre-alpha on both Sponge and Bukkit soon,
please keep in mind that the Bukkit version does have the bug previously mentioned(Edit: Bug has been fixed). Bug reports and feature requests will be accepted. Here is a list of the current planned features:
If you request any features already on this list, I will class as a priority.
Hi there Mose, long time no see. Just wanted to say I am really looking forward to using Ships in 1.13! Can't offer any help right now, but maybe in a few months.
In reply to endlessnumber68716:
Thanks. I sadly don't have any ships for testing yet, however im very close on the first alpha build of Ships 6.0.0 0 on Sponge (6.0.0.0 is using code that works on both Sponge and Bukkit) so in a few months ill probably have a stable Bukkit edition for testing on 1.13.
Just send me a message when your free and ill send over the latest build for testing. Thanks for all your help so far
Is there a way to do a aircraft carrier?
In reply to dogegamr:
At this point in time. No.
In reply to MoseMister:
Will you ever make it do that?
In reply to dogegamr:
Its kind of complex on doing that but not impossible. When i get ships 6.0 out, ill take a look into it.
I really hope you can get it fully functional for 1.13 soon, I would love to add it to my server. It's a very cool plugin. :)
In reply to oipripri:
can u make the cannons plugin work with this plz or if it does why doesn't it work for me
