Townships
If you want players to be able to build outside of regions, then remove EffectWilderness.jar
I renamed HeroStronghold to Townships. It has a lot more features, so I'll be updating this page over time. For now, use the sample configs that come with the plugin as an example.
Townships is the best Town plugin out there because you can require players to have houses, forges, farms, inns, hospitals, etc before they can create a town!
If you dont think minecraft is addicting enough, what about minecraft tycoon? What if you could make structures that cost money, but give you items/money over time? That's exactly what this plugin does! I imagined using this plugin as a way to reward players for building certain strutures/shrines, but it has evolved so that you can configure it to include any structure/town you want!
For instance, if a player builds a bank using certain blocks (defined in your config.yml) and has enough money, that player can type /to create bank and it will turn the bank into a Townships that, if provided the correct raw materials (paper and gold for example), can give you a steady income! The possibilities are limitless because you define the types of structures players can create in regions.yml.
Also introducing Super-Regions! Basically, super-regions are regions that require regions instead of blocks. This way you can make a super-region called Town that requires regions such as Houses, Inns, Taverns, Farms, etc. Super-regions come with their own banks, chat channels, per-user permissions, taxes, and power.
Also, this plugin hooks into Heroes so you can grant buffs and debuffs to players near your structure. For example you can build a LightningRod that grants your Heroes class name LightningMage a passive health regen buff. Work in progress Effects List.

- Allows permitted players to create Townships using certain blocks/money defined in config.yml
- Townships grant money/items during every cycle (cycle length defined in config.yml)
- Townships cost items/money to maintain during every cycle
- Townships can be destroyed (and even explode!) if key blocks are broken
- Townships can also grant nearby Heroes passive buffs/debuffs
- Townships can also grant build protection
- Effect List work in progress
- Super-regions which require other regions instead of blocks. So you could create a super-Townships called "Town", which requires Townships like "Inn", "Farm", a few "House", etc.
- Banks for super-regions
- Separate chat channels for each super-region
- Taxes for super-regions
- Power for super-regions (if a member dies, then their super-regions lose 1 power each. If a super-region reaches 0 power, then it is destroyed).
- Per-user permissions, see Super-Region perms
- Wars!
- Limit the number of regions players can build with groups.yml
- Biome specific regions

Hey Multi, where do you usually prefer bugs and suggestions to be reported?
oh also, chivers made EffectArmory for mcmmo style tool repairing. I've finished EffectPort so players can build their own teleports (similar to /f home). I've almost completed conveyor belts, which are regions that move items around automatically using storage minecarts on rails.
Also, teleporters have been improved to use signs to teleport to other teleporters (like stargate).
I also made build-radius in addition to radius. This means you must build your arrowturret in a much smaller build-radius, but it will have a large radius that can overlap other regions for maximum range.
Also, look for a ton of shrines using Heroes effects mana/hp buffs, weapon buffs, movement buffs, and more!
I've fixed so many bugs with this new version I'll be coming out with soon. I'm just waiting to finish squashing bugs in membership commands and toggleperm. After I get those done, I suspect this will be ready for a production server (although I don't want to take it out of beta until I fix renaming super-regions, super-region evolution, super-region overlapping others' regions, and piston/tnt bugs.

But arrow turret don't shoot. I try leave charter, create new player... turret have a enough ammo(arrows and redstone..)..
i dont have any idea. Why turret don't shoot :/

Is there any way to make arrow turrets shoot at mobs instead of players?

I hate to ask this, but....Could a Super-region be laid over top of a town (using towny) and then allow towny to work its magic, yet still get the benefits of having players gaining bonuses from building community buildings? (like inns, banks etc...)???
Hey, there's a problem, when ever i make a region or super-region with the effects of denyblockbuild and denyblockbreak, sticky pistons glitch and remain extended, this is crucial for buildings where people want to build secret doors, also i enjoy this plug-in i was wondering if it was possible to add a note every time you enter a region/super-region to indicate that the region is claimed, for future updates.

Because you create your own types of regions, I didn't tell them what region types they can make. I do some examples in the video though.

Yep, working hard on these new features. I included a like to dev effects. Right now you can create and invite other people to your super-regions, but I still have a ways to go in testing before it is acceptable. Thanks for helping get this done faster! See if you can find anything wrong.

I can tell you so much that, your dev builds from 4# and up works with bpermission, 2-3 will not load. The builds 4-9 will not load any effects, so i can hs create mnacannon, but it will not launch :(

Multitallented, I like the idea, but there are some things IMHO you could correct. First of all, make a complete herostrong types description above, in the topicstart. Than, describe what is the range of herostrong commands, e.g. how far a goldenblock, 2 fences and other resources must be from each other and from player for your plugin to recognize them for building a herostrong (e.g. a bank). And the last one, maybe the most important for easyuse: make shortcuts for commends. E.g. instead of /herostrong create landmine - /hs cr lm Thanks)
