JukeLoop
[ English | Français ]
Accept no substitutes. This is the Jukebox plugin you've been looking for. JukeLoop makes Minecraft's jukeboxes incredibly cool. They will constantly play on a loop, optionally cycling through discs in a chest or attached hopper. They automatically start when your server restarts and when any player is nearby. Furthermore (and new in version 0.1.4) disc changing can be triggered by a redstone pulse!
Features
- Built-in auto-update functionality
- Records will start playing automatically even after a server restart. (locations of jukeboxes stored in config)
- Punch the jukebox to skip the song, or apply a redstone pulse!
- Rotate through records in a chest placed adjacent to the jukebox
- jukeboxes will place played discs in a hopper if there is one directly below
- jukeboxes will take discs from an attached hopper
Commands
- None
Permissions
- 'jukeloop.use' - players with this permission will automatically have their jukeboxes repeat.

Crashes everyone on the server if you try and break a player while it's playing....
Great idea my server will love this :D
0.1.3 fixes the restart bug. It's waiting approval, you can download an unofficial build
@Galaxy0002
This *IS* a real bug. they should start automatically, but something is wrong, I'll have it fixed soon.
@metalhedd
ahh sorry I had misunderstood.
Can you maybe set up the the jukebox starts automatically after a reboot? Eventual with a command option or accessory?
If not does not matter. The plugin is so super cool.
@Galaxy0002
what do you mean by 'does not go to the jukebox' after a reboot?
If the config file is empty, everything will still work,except the jukeboxes will need a disc inserted to start them up again, then they will be written to the config file.
Only jukeboxes that are currently playing will be written, if you remove the disc and stop the server, the jukebox is removed from the config.
hi
After a reboot of the servers does not go to the jukebox. And the 2nd restart the config empty In Server.log no error is detected.
I work with:
JukeLoop-0.1.2 for 1.5.1 Bukkit 1.5.1-R0.1 (Build #02730)
pls help me.
@vedi0boy
It was compiled against the latest development build from just a few days ago, seems to work fine for me against the latest 1.5.1 builds. have you got an error message you can post?
Cool and btw it doesnt work with the lasted version of bukkit 1.5.1
@vedi0boy
I haven't heard any complaints about lag yet, it should be pretty lightweight.
Does this cause a lot of lag because my server is a bit laggy already and I really want to get this.
Simple, Effective plugin, Nice Work. :)
@JoeDriver40
If you can reproduce it in a video that would be amazing. I spent at least 4 hours trying to reproduce this yesterday with no luck.
I will make a youtube video trying to reproduce it then give you the link, is that ok?@metalhedd
@JoeDriver40
There's a ticket open for this now: https://github.com/andrepl/JukeLoop/issues/3
I've been trying to reproduce it for a few hours now with no luck so if you can contribute any additional information it would be helpful. things like: - was there more than 1 chest nearby - was the chest full? were there non-disc items in it?
It was a double chest and there were no hoppers near by.@metalhedd
wanna know what would be cool. make it so redstone can change the music
@JoeDriver40
Well my theory was wrong, were you using a single or double chest? also were there any attached hoppers?
@JoeDriver40
I have an idea what it might be, I'll do some testing on it tomorrow and see if I can reproduce it
Sooooo... I love the plugin, but I found a bug. I am not 100% sure how it works. Heck it might be a minecraft glitch and not a plugin glitch... Well anyways I was playing a disk, right? I then mine the jukebox with the disk in it and the wierdest thing happened. The disk changed. Not like switched with a disk in the chest. The disk was orriganly a green disk and I had a gold disk in a chest and the disk in the jukebox changed to gold. Also I checked the chest and I had another gold disk in the chest. I am not 100% sure how it worked... All I know is I originaly had one green disk and one gold disk I ended with two gold ones. I would be glad to explain more if more is needed. Again I am not 100% on how it happened.
