Getting Started
Installation |
---|
Bukkit is currently required.
- Install WorldEdit first. (DON'T FORGET THIS)
- Download CommandBook and install it the same way.
- Run your server once to generate the files.
- Edit plugins/CommandBook/config.yml to your liking.
- Restart the server for the settings to take effect.
You'll have to read the wiki (see below) to find the permissions you need.
Want more features, faster? We need some help with something!

Please add a /fly command to this.
Why are my warps disappearing? Random warps any age, disappear every few hours. I make them again and sometimes they disappear again. Started a while ago on 1.4.2 i think but worse now.
@tronds, Hi thanks tronds for the explanation. I have updated the wiki documentation, hopefully my edit will be approved.
@KuatSangat
Im sure this is working fine, but i don't use /summon but /bring. Remember to give permission to use the /call ( commandbook.call ) and DONT give them permission commandbook.teleport.other. if they have the commandbook.teleport.other permission they can /call ( /summon ) other players without asking ( /call ) first.
Is it possible to enable /summon only after /call ? I want to allow player to summon someone to him, but I dont want that feature to be abused. What if I don't want to be summoned?
The nice way to prevent abuse is player1 must call player2 first, only then player2 can summon player1.
I hope I make sense..
Did I miss something? how do I get things like bows to stack 64 sizes in /give? at present it just loads me with singles even if i use the /more -a command.
@bartico6
/help comes from Bukkit itself, bukkit.command.help
What is the permission for /help ??? I can't find it O_O
@Campeze
Agreed, seems like CommandBook does not give up commands like it should. It is currently overwriting my teleportation plugin with /back.
@Campeze
/afk uses the commandbook.away permission node. If this also controls /back, you just need to ensure you user doesn't have the node.
How to disable the /afk and /back commands? I have an independent teleport plugin and I would like to be able to use its /back features of the teleport plugin but it is mucking it up.
@ShooterBoyX99
In commandbook you may use /return instead of /back to go to the place you just tp or warped from. It has the exact same effect as /back does in essentials (although I don't know about going back to your death location). The permission node for /return is: commandbook.return
Hope that answered you question!
One thing I have been wondering, why does CommandBook not have timed mutes?
@ShooterBoyX99
This is an update from Commandbook 2.2 /back has no permission node.
How to manage it with BackOnDeath? Commandbook has got a /back for to be back from /afk. Now when we in our server use /back it says: You are no longer afk. But we want to go back to our death point... Please help!
Is this for classic or paid version?
All of the mods on here are for paid
Hi, really quick question what is the permission node to set multiple homes? I've been looking for the past 2 days now. Also is there a way to set how many homes they can claim?
Is there a way to use the spawnmob command with the command blocks? i do know that they work if you spawn a mob on top of a player, but can you set coordinats so that the mobs spawn at a certain place?
Do the commands also work with command blocks? i would like to use the spawn command, but it seems that it does not work when inserting coordinates....
