iSafe
iSafe - An assortment of beneficial features
Description ==
In iSafe, I concentrate on the way server Administrators are situated when managing their server, such as myself. Personally, I never feel I have all of the features I want, or need... maybe you do as well? I created iSafe to help resolve those problems. iSafe provides you, as a server Administrator, with many of those useful features that never seem to be around when needed.

I'm kinda wondering now, whether or not I should just change over to bPermissions... I know it's another great permissions plugin, but I never hear anyone saying "permissions do not work with bPermissions" ;p
Maybe it's just time to drop PEX ;(
@Crazdale
Ye, PEX is kinda fuzzy, but it's not only PEX's fault, it's also mine, because I didn't do anything about it.
Im glad you like iSafe :) I set-up it so it doesn't need so much modifing.
@mrmag518
Interesting... I was always wondering why PEX has issues with some plugins, and why people always say "It's PEX's fault!"
If that's the case, than I guess it is PEX's fault! ;p
Thanks so much mrmag518! and BTW, even with the permissions a bit outta whack for me, your plugin rocks!
@Sonorpearl
I will include that soon :)
Is it possible to block the use of Enderpearls?
@Crazdale
Im pretty sure why ur permission nodes don't work.. and the same for the most others to. It's because the permission nodes requires a uper_case letter, and PEX doesn't "like" that. Im going to rewritte the permission nodes.
@rolecraft
the same counts for you.
possible to get this working just with pex as well? im not planning to have another sort of permissions file.. that'll only give me a bunch of mess really
@mrmag518
Heya mrmag518! I am using PermissionsEX (PEX).
I'm currently on a forum discussion about SuperPerms. According to the other peoples, PEX should bridge with SuperPerms, and the nodes in PEX with SuperPerms enabled in the PEX config (which it is, and is enabled by default), should allow me to drop these permission nodes in PEX and they should work fine...
But... they just seem to not be working with PEX, sadly to say.
Thanks for the reply mrmag518. Good luck with the fix. If you need any other info, please send me a message, and I will supply any info you need.
@byliu88
Are you sure? in-case it's a bug I can add an extra line of code that will probably make it impossible.
EDIT: sorry... Ifound the issue, but thanks to you I got that extra line of code :) (yes, I fixed the isuse, wait ofr next version)
@byliu88
I'll look into it.
@rolecraft
Superperms is bukkit permissions.
@Crazdale
The spam, but I need a answer on if you are using superperms for PEX?
@mrmag518
Fix what... the spam, or the permissions? I can live with the spam haha, but really would love a permissions fix for PEX.
Thanks mrmag518 ;)
Do i have to use 'superperms'? im not even entirely sure what that is
For some reason, when I toggle "Allow-Hunger" on false, my hunger still depletes. I'm not using permissions, so I though it might have been because I am an op and that overrides it like how it does with block placements and such. So I de-oped myself and still hunger depletes. Also, the "Disable-Starvation-damage" toggle in the config had no effect. I've been looking for a plugin that will disable hunger for some time now, and I thought this would work great :(
@1337Kosu
I will start working on it, and theres no reason for PEX to not work with it, do you have superperms installed?
@1337Kosu
You gotta configure the configuration file, there aint many commands in this plugin. I may make a video on how to use iSafe soon.
@Crazdale
Are you sure you have superperms instaled?
@Crazdale
I will fix it, sorry for the spam.
@rolecraft
Also, I agree... this should spam the user, but should not broadcast spam everyone, whenever someone tries to place a blocked block.
@mrmag518
I'm having the same problem with permissions. (using PEX)
Allow-WaterBucket-empty: false
I give the permission - iSafe.waterbucket.empty
People with the permission still cannot empty water buckets >.>
i got a question, is there any reason why PEX shouldnt work with it?(permissionex) i have given the rank' trusted' the ability of placing TNT and it keeps on saying i got no acces, its basicly ignoring PERMISSIONS and 24/7 default OP .. ( Aswell it spams the chat whenever somebody tries to place Fire(flintadnsteel) or TNT.. Can you make an option to let it stop spamming that? )
This plugin is rathe rquite usefull... the permissions just dont seem to work D:
trusted: prefix: '&8[&6Trusted&8] &f' inheritance: - Everyone default: false permissions: - iSafe.place.tnt
- Ingame message when doing so :
[iSafe] playername tried to place TNT in the server:
The same seems to be counting for flint and steel permissions? (isafe config option: Allow-TNT-placement: false because i want it to be permission linked instead of EVERYONE having acces to it)
How in the world do i use this?? When i type /isafe-commands, it just shows me this
/isafe-commands - (Show the list of command for iSafe.) /isafe-reload - (Reload the plugin). /isafe-info - (Show information about iSafe) /isafe-serverinfo - (Show information about the server)
@FiddyCraft
I havent added that yet, I'm gona do it soon.
how do you make it so they cant pick up items?
