 /ench reload: Reloads the plugin config files

/ench give <player> <enchantment> <?level> <material>: Gives the target a specified enchanted item
/ench info <?enchantment>: Returns information about custom enchantments in hand or written
/ench list: Returns a list of enchantments for the tool in hand
/ench <enchantment> <?level>: Enchants the item in hand with the given enchantment and level
/ench disable <enchantment/all>: Disables selected enchantment for the user
/ench enable <enchantment/all>: Enables selected enchantment for the user
