Compatibility:
The plugin should be compatible with server version 1.13(.1).
Except for Curses it is compatible with version 1.12 and 1.11.
Any other version may or may not work.

Update Checker
This plugin is using an update checker. It will not download or install any files.
If you like to disable this function, go into the config.yml and set 'enable-update-check' to false.

I'm not sure about that because you can't save this kind of armor.Now its not possible but maybe bukkit will show a way how to save the dyed armors.Bullshit.
I found a way to realize that ;) I will add it.
Is there anyway to give the NPC's dyed leather to wear? My server has different temples for each element and I would really like the NPC's to wear red / green / blue armor

You have to update your permissions plugin.
It currently doesn't work with "Chatmanager" and "Modifyworld" from PEx. You have to remove them or to configure them.
I can't get Guard to attack mobs? It just runs around the mob but doesn't do any damage toward it.

Yes for custom skins you need Vault. But the Skin depends also at the name of the npc. And if the npc is called like a player the npc has the same skin ;)

Ok, I didn't realize you had to use Spout. Would be awesome to lose the master chief skin :)

Also, I would love you to add guards that attack on sight. Perhaps there could be an option, but I really need all of those feautures I asked for. I promise you that if you can pull these feautures off and the NPC's are working good, you will get an honorable something! :D

Skins are only possible with Spout. And I don't want to add spout features before the classes & skills ;)
I could add that but it's very wiry if they are running behind you trying to kill you.

Also, if it is possible in a feauture update... Could you make it possible for guards to carry a bow and arrows, so they are archers and can attack from a configurable distance (attack-radius).
Another feature I would love you to add is custom skins for NPC's. I am making a server that takes place in the 18th century and I hate that I need masterchief to walk around :P
Another feauture that I am missing is that I want guards to attack on sight on certain people. Now I have to first attack them, and then they will attack me. So when I do /npc attack [group/player/mob/none] I want them to attack those inside of the radius I have set up.

But why ? In the most RPG Games the npcs are not damageable. The npcs are not OP they are only not damageable. What will happen if you killed a guard ? I don't think that npcs should take damage. But I will add it to the guard class.
Could someone tell me how to make NPC's take damage? Unless this is an already added deauture, please add it! It's really irritating that guards are OP.

Generally it works with heroes if there are no common commands.
But you can't use the same level or economy system.
But I am sure that soon myRPG can replace heroes ;)

That is an original npc system but this npc system is just the first part of a big rpg plugin. When I started this project citizens was only able to create a npc and let him speak.

When i try to go and accept a quest, it shows a entry line but its emtpy. kinda like >____ just blank. And when i type /q list it says i am not on any quests. could this be a error? Please help. i enjoy this plugin.
Is this a citizens clone or a original npc system ?
