Minigames
== NOTICE == 9 Aug 2016 ==
As most of you have already worked out, public support for this project has been non existent. Unfortunately with the workload of trying to manage and run a server network where minigames is only 1 out of what feels like 1000 projects we maintain... It gets hard trying to find time to help everyone.
But fear not this project is indeed not abandoned! We have moved the project to SpigotMC:

++Update Note Aug 2017++
Please Note I have provided updated downloads for all versions back to 1.7 .. We are trying to get some idea of what versions people are running still and what we need to focus on...updating will help us target our product improvements.
The files section contains various version downloads OR you can dowload them : - here
Minigames is a plugin in which users can create and play several types of Minigames on a server, without the risk of losing items or XP when they die. Players can also use checkpoints so when they die, they are reverted back to that position.
The Possible Minigame types are:
- Single Player - for jump puzzles, mazes etc.
- Last Man Standing - A multiplayer Free for All (FFA) PvP Minigame
- Race - A Multiplayer race Minigame
- Team Deathmatch - A deathmatch round against 2 teams, first to a defined score wins!
- Deathmatch - A free for all deathmatch round against any predefined amount of players, first to a defined score wins!
- Spleef - Its possible to create custom Spleef arenas, as well as your standard spleef arena.
- Treasure Hunt - A global treasure finding Minigame that is always running
- CTF - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame.
- Infection - An expansion to the Team Deathmatch Minigame where the infected players must kill all survivors.
Features:
- Prizes for completing a Minigame
- Economy support (Requires Vault)
- All command configuration for creating Minigames
- Completely customisable, lots of settings to create your own styled Minigame.
- Ability to create multiple loadouts
- Inventory saving
- XP saving
- Minigame regeneration (slightly limited)
- Timers
- An automated update checker for OP's (Can be turned off in the main config by setting updateChecker to false)
- SQL completion data storage for websites or more informative data (Requires SQLibrary)
- And lots more!
Click here for videos of this plugin in action.
Purpose:
Minigames was created for players to play games within a server and win prizes for completion, also to let players play PvP games without the risk of losing their hard earned items and XP. Minigames also reward players for completing each Minigame, or with PvP Minigames, the player can be rewarded with 'bets' that players make before they start the Minigame. These bets can be in Economy money or preset items.
These Minigames can be created in any style the player wishes, for example, parkour jump puzzles, mazes and treasure hunts. As well as PvP games like CTF, races and more. You are given a lot of options to add to each Minigame individually, so they are all completely customisable.

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- And the amount of players playing games. Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

@Archmohaa
server 1.7.10 with minigames plugin v1.6.4
theres no game type as juggernaut or scoretype juggernaut
Hi guys, I need some help. Im using build 131 with the latest spigot 1.8 build (is spigot incompatible?) and I'm getting this:
[12:43:43 INFO]: [Minigames] Enabling Minigames v1.7.0-b131 [12:43:43 ERROR]: Error occurred while enabling Minigames v1.7.0-b131 (Is it up to date?) java.lang.NullPointerException at au.com.mineauz.minigames.Minigames.onEnable(Minigames.java:68) [?:?] at org.bukkit.plugin.java.JavaPlugin.setEnabled(JavaPlugin.java:321) [spigot-R0.1-8a983f97a10-2.jar:git-Spigot-8a983f9-e81edfc]......
I have tried newer versions, which WORK, but when I try to set the start position for a team it says "there is no such team as blue" or something like that. Please help, I'm making a castle siege minigame.
Hey, I made a CTF minigame with all the config explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPumy3bDpl4 But players aren't able to capture flags. Everything else runs fine up til that point. I'm using Spigot 1.8.
Can you add config option to deny people who have items in their inventory to join minigames?
@felixbeuving - what server version you using & what minigames version are you using. That broke with one of the bukkit updates a while back. Which is now been fixed
I created a paintball minigame but when I play it snowballs dont do damage to the other players.... Can you help me? I don't understand why it doesn't work... please help me!
Ahhh yeah i remember it now, yeah that was rather handy. Though you can just use /mg edit and go through each thing in order. But anyways _Razz_ said it had to be manually updated and fixed everytime. So i guess he just figured wasn't worth it.
Why would you guys remove /mgm info? D: how else am i supposed to see what's been configured in a minigame and what hasn't been? I used to always use that command to see what steps I had left :/
@Prime - LOL yes it was.. wow i must have been tired when i wrote all that. Its fixed now lol..
@2332fun - When you say you reloaded the server in the console do you mean you just simply did /reload? (reloading absolutely everything at once with the bukkit command) If that's what you mean dont do that >< That command really shouldn't exist its really bad. Alot of plugins (including minigames) aren't built to handle that properly. Always stop/restart your server or use individual plugin /pluginname reload commands. As for the mg info not working anymore, there is no /mgm info command (in the latest devs anyway) Can't remember if there was one in the older versions? If that is the case then that is why haha you updated and it's no longer there.
@Rudy923 - I guess ill try and make tutorial videos for every basic / necessary step of setting up the core minigames. It's really easy though and if you can't wait just read this http://mineauz.com.au/minigames/wiki/index.php?title=Loadouts basically you do /mg edit minigamename and goto the loadout button and follow that picture on where to put your items so they appear where you want them to
Can someone help me so when the minigame starts people spawn with items, weapons, etc.
@Archmohaa
Something happened to my minigames plugin the Only thing I have changed was a file for GAListener, made the server non-whitelist, changed MOTD, and reloaded the server in the console. Restarting the server has fixed the issue of not being able to join the minigames. But I'm still unable to use the command /mgm info <minigamename> It acts as though it doesn't recognize the command, and asks me to do /mgm help
@Archmohaa Wait was the answer to me question this: "@tbluescorpion123 - It was already suggested and _Razz_ said he was happy to try and do that sometime and would look into it. Though unfortunately he just has a lot on his plate. So if / when i cannot say =\"?
@tbluescorpion123 - Same as any other minigame except when you are in /mg edit minigamename You set the Game mechanic to Juggernaut and the Game Type to Multiplayer. From there everything else is the same, set starting positions loadouts etc..
@d1d1mau - Parkour is already possible with this plugin, in fact it was the first thing ever possible with it. Just make a single player game and put down checkpoint signs and a finish sign at the end of your course.
@PrimeRobotYouTube - It was already suggested and _Razz_ said he was happy to try and do that sometime and would look into it. Though unfortunately he just has a lot on his plate. So if / when i cannot say =\
Do you plan on adding Arena Chat? Like, seperate Arena chat so that other players can't see it? If you didn't think about it, I think it would be a good addition :] You can add a config to turn on/off the separate chat too
Any plans to add parkour to the minigames?
how can I make the juggernaut minigame?
@Vecteur - Im glad! :)
So a lot of people have been asking questions about how to use the region & nodes part of the development builds. I made a very basic demonstration in the video above i hope helps people get their head around how to work it.
If you have any further questions i will try my best to answer them.
If you havent seen yet

Fixed the language file problem hopefully as well as some Minigame tool NPE's and issues.
@Archmohaa
The traduction works great with the new release ! :)
@Archmohaa I replied, but I will reinstate my query... will I have to remake all of my minigames (had some with really complex loadouts).. or is there a way to save these? (including spawnpoints, loadouts, etc?)
