LimitedWorldEdit
This is a very simple Plugin that allows users (maybe your donators) that have creative to use Worldedit in WorldGaurd regions where they are owners to.
How it works
(I will assume you understand how to use WorldEdit)
WorldEdit block updates are only applied to WorldGaurd regions that the player is owner to.
For Moderators: please make sure you understand WorldGaurd and how to define a region and set the player to owner of this region.
The players will still have to have all the required permissions to use worldedit.
This plugin now supports all worldedit commands
Permissions
LimitedWorldEdit.bypass | allows user to use worldedit anywhere. (pretty straight forward I hope) |

@azinfiro
looks like define and redefine are in there too, I find it useful, better than nothing.
I everyone. Just letting you know that I do plain to update this plugin. I know it has been on beta from quite some time. It is perfectly stable atm, and the next update with be "released" version.
@callandt
it should work in 1,7,9
can you plz update to 1.7.9?
This is just what I was looking for! Worldedit is good but Regionedit is even better!
Thanks!
@PeliApina
just like WE, nothing has changed
how do i use the wand??
Working perfect with 1.7.4 and running Spigot 1.7.2 Great plugin My mods will really love having this withing their regions/claims
So users cannot select something in their region and stack it into another region? and generate? And people cannot create cyl and sphere that are larger than their region borders?
@azinfiro It is impossible, because plugin is cheking selections, whick player do, but another commands doesnt have wand selections. But I think it is need more commands, because WE have many commands with selections.
@azinfiro
Because you can restrict the others with a permissions plugin.
So this plugin only affects the //set //replace and //walls commands from WorldEdit? Any other WorldEdit command can be executed without this plugin limiting it to the owner of a region?
If that's the case, then why bother with this at all?
Can this plugin to the opposite? Allow worldedit except in regions? Unless they have the permission
@zesterer
thats how it is right now.
Meatl0af was asking if my plugin could check if pos1 and pos2 were in different regions but still owner
@james137137
Or, alternatively, you could just check whether both pos1 and pos2 are within the same region...
@Meatl0af
yeah I understand what you are saying but it would mean my plugin would have to check every single block is in a region creating a heavy on cpu plugin.
For the time being I don't think this idea would be suitable. it is a good idea but it would take too much time making the plugin use little cpu using this method.
at the moment both pos1 and pos2 have to be in the same region
Nice Plugin :)
one suggestion, can the region check be for owner and region name?
if a player is an owner of more than one region it appears that they can set pos1 in one region and pos2 in another and then able to world edit between the 2 points which effects the area between both regions.
Author of this plugin, you are the best
This is such a useful plugin if you have a building project on a server but you don't want the users to use world edit outside of the project area! Thank you James :)
@OriginalMadman
yeah I do have some plains on that however it won't be the easiest :D
