FC_Bans
FC_Bans is the ultimate system for organized server moderation. This plugin allows you to perform all normal moderation commands such as, ban, mute, kick, and freeze. However, this plugin ties those mod commands into a system of warnings that keeps a history of key information about each punishment dealt to players. This creates a system of punishment records that staff can tap into to effectively resolve any player behavior situation.
This plugin also has a few features that it comes with included into its normal moderation commands. Muted players can’t place signs, you can toggle whether or not to announce global announcements for punishments through a command, all punishing commands can have reasons added for recording history, players are informed as to when their punishments end, players can be given immunity, and all commands have full permission nodes so that you can define exactly what people can and can’t do.

Thanks! This sounds really awesome, I might have to give it a go.
Will it also use bukkit bans? That way it can check if a player is banned by bukkit and save bans to bukkit, incase the plugin is ever replaced, outdated, etc.
Is there source code some place?
Good job =)
I have taught myself every bit of java that I know and every bit of the bukkit api, well I get some help from the bukkitdev irc. I must say though that just reviewing my code for this, I really like the overall style. I made this entire plugin in less than 24 hours, I guess that's not impressive in itself, but I am highly impressed with the fact that,
A.) There were no major bugs or logical errors that I could detect. B.) Pretty much everything worked first time I coded it, with very few errors. C.) I was able to get solutions for anything.
Also this plugin is bigger than my announcer plugin, technically, it's not more complex, but this is bigger than my average plugin (FC_Rpg I've been working on for like... 2 months now and it's only 100 kbs) and this one is 30 kbs in one day. It must be the way I have everything organized. Ah well, I just feel like coding this plugin was such a huge accomplishment for today. ^^
