Ticket Guidelines

Hello dear reader,

If you are reading this then you are taking the first step towards creating an appropriate ticket for FC_Rpg. There are only two types of tickets you should send me; suggestions and bug reports. Anything else should go into a private message.

Suggestions:

If you have a suggestion simply state the suggestion that you want. Please know that proper grammar, specific details, pictures, charts, and genuine effort really impress me if you want a suggestion implemented. I also make no guarantees that I will implement suggestions.

Bug Reports / Plugin Issues:

If you are having any issues with the plugin, please create a ticket. Tickets are the #1 way for me to track an issue and make sure it gets fixed so please make tickets! I do not like the default Bukkit dev template, it is simply no specific to the needs of my plugins. Please use my specific template as it is the most efficient way for me to fix an issue. All you have to do is answer the questions.

1.) What is the problem that you are having? [Your problem here]
2.) Is it repeatable and if so how can it be repeated? [Yes/No, <How>]
3.) Link to configuration file(s): [Use an offsite text host for configuration files like http://pastebin.com/. If the plugin you are making a ticket for has more than one configuration file, you may zip them up, host them on a website, and then send me the download link. Lastly, if you feel uncomfortable posting that link in a ticket which can be viewed by the public, feel free to pm me the link. Thank!]
4.) Error(s) that you may have received: [Same as #3]
5.) Additional Information (Can Include Optional Links to Other Information (Images, Files, Permission File, etc.)):

So for example, a ticket following my format would look like this:

1. I am trying to create an announcement for FC_Announcer. Every time I try to use a command it gives me an error.
2. Yes, it is repeatable. Just use a command.
3. My configuration file is at: pastebin.com/1337
4. The error I get is at: pastebin.com/1337
5. I notice that whenever I enter the command I am also teleported to spawn.

I am honestly not too picky on how you number, label, or list the fields. I just need my questions answered. If you have any suggestions or improvements for the ticket format, feel free to contact me.

You are more than welcome to contact me, the developer, Destro168 through Bukkit Dev for any non-ticket topic of discussion.

My plugins are open source and can be modified and redistributed as long as credit is given to me as the original author of that given plugin. As well, the "fcinfo" command isn't allowed to be modified or removed. Thus, if you ever aim to ask me about distribution, don't worry about it.
