So my friend was on today and I decided to mess with him a bit. So I disguised myself as a cow and followed him at a distance. About 3 mintues later he turns around, sees me, and starts hitting me, then asks in chat why the cow was making the flesh-impact sounds. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Reason I'm posting it here is I'm not sure if it's implemented yet, and there was nothing in the FAQ or the frontpage about sounds.

As far as I know, sounds are still handled on the client-side. This means there's nothing we can do through this plugin to change what sounds the disguises make.
If it seems too out of the ordinary, give me as much info as you can in a support ticket. If we get lucky, the MineCraft protocol might have changed to allow plugins to change entity sounds.

I want to force users to not being able to pickup stuff. The point is that i do not want users to permanently play disguised. If you are a mob, you cannot pick up stuff.

Get someone to make you a custom plugin that adds the "nopickup" subtype to every disguise and doesn't allow it to be removed.
Support where a player gets hit whilst disguised they undisguise or if a player hits another player (PVP) they undisguise.
Using this on a PVP server doesnt really work since the hitbox of a silverfish is tiny compared to steve.

Can the ability to see through disguises be a command? I need it as an admin but it kinda ruins the fun when playing with friends. thanks.

I wouldn't make it a command on the DisguiseCraft side. It's much better for the permissions plugin to supply commands that let you set or unset the permission. Then you can see if you can find a plugin that aliases these commands.
Requesting /d toggle seer command. I'm an admin and the owner of my server also made the comment that they'd like to be able to toggle the seer command off without having to reload the permission to toggle this. Would rather it work on a player by player setup and not group.

Permissions does sort of supply per-player configuration. The thing is, it's much better handled by the permissions plugin itself. I know there are commands which allow you to add or remove that permission. You just need to find a way to create aliases for them.
So to stop PVP whilst disguised i need to download another plugin? I think it would be much better if you intergrated the PVP control plugin into disguisecraft, Would be much more simple for users.

Also i think the pvpcontrol thing is no longer in dev, it has features that needed to be added to it but the author has clearly abandoned :/

DisguiseCraft is a disguise handling system. Features that do not fit within the system should go into separate plugins for modularity. This makes the overall system less susceptible to MineCraft updates and breakage.
How is it clearly abandoned?
Just because someone can't find time to provide a free service, doesn't mean that they've abandoned a project :P
Have you thought about making it possible to make some mobs disabled? That can be helpful. I mean, I personally have trouble with Ender Dragons causing lag. It would be helpful for people with smaller servers.

You must make it so when people join they spawned disguised! Also, so if you want it to be random (like if you want people to spawn as a random type of cat, you could put like disguiseonspawn=cat subtypes= tuxedo, etc...)
