Getting Started
Installation |
---|
Bukkit is currently required.
- Install WorldEdit first. (DON'T FORGET THIS)
- Download CommandBook and install it the same way.
- Run your server once to generate the files.
- Edit plugins/CommandBook/config.yml to your liking.
- Restart the server for the settings to take effect.
You'll have to read the wiki (see below) to find the permissions you need.
Want more features, faster? We need some help with something!

Will adds support for MySQL? A very useful feature for ban list!
@CubedBlock
Latest dev builds have been updated.
EDIT: I take that back, sessions still need updated completely overlooked them.
@CubedBlock
Yup
Will this plugin be updated to work with the upcoming UUID system in minecraft 1.8?
Thx :)
In the help.yml, how do you make it so that a topic has more than one page?
@DawnCreative

@Ikx_1
We have our own syntax for teleporting to a location (we did it before Vanilla). That is what you're trying to do right?
. /tp player 10.5 100 313.5 90 0 doesn't work?
Oi;
I recently updated my server to the latest recommended bukkit build; but upon doing so I have encountered two issues:
- When using /tp it always use the defualt bukkit version of tp in place of commandbooks improved version.
- When one player calls another it says "%s reqeusted a tele...." instead of showing the name.
Any way I can solve this myself? There were no issues before the bukkit update.
@Dark_Arc
I believe Boomverfpot is saying that there isn't a "primary" spawn for his server. Like, /spawn in one world with Multiverse will only teleport him to the spawn of that world, so instead he has to /mvtp <WORLD>. I have this same issue.
@user_549837
Hm, do you have low priority command registration on? If so turn that off, if that doesn't work feel free to try an developers build, and/or file a bug report in the tracker.
Banning with a reason doesnt seem to work with 1.7.5 although /ban <playername> works just not with a reason.
Can you set spawn in console?
@paul1701
Multiple homes are not currently supported, though this is a frequently requested feature I will be seeing too when I get time. :)
@Boomverfpot
I'm not sure what exactly you need help with, could you perhaps reword this? Specifically what you need commandbook to do?
Hi,
How do I allow different ranks in my server to have a different mount of homes they are able to set? As op I can set multiple homes by doing /sethome 1 /sethome 2 etc, but I would like to know what permissions each person would need.
Thanks.
Hello, ive got a question about mv spawns. I installed the plugin UltimateSkyblock, now i made a skyworld and spawn for that on a new world called SpawnSkyblock now i want that when they use /spawn in skyworld they goto the spawn of world SpawnSkyblock i have alias /mv spawn to /spawn so thats already done ive got factions worlds and else and there they have a spawn each world and that works fine now i just need to find out how to give a spawn to another world Greetings,Boom
@AzoriusBeat
Hello, you need to install a permission plugin for make it works. Basicly, only OPs can make a CommandBook command, but with a plugin like PermissionsEX, GroupManager or another one, it's pretty easy ! You just have to configure which permission you allow to each groups.
Link of PermissionsEX : http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/permissionsex/
Link of CommandBook permissions : http://wiki.sk89q.com/wiki/CommandBook/Commands
PS : So, as example for the command /home and /sethome, you need to allow these permissions into your permission plugin : - commandbook.home.teleport - commandbook.home.set
Hope i help you ;), Shud'
Even a step by step tutorial would help. I use a Mac. :(
I'm really new and I'm making a server, Everything seems so fine but For some reason I can't figure out Command book? Where do I put the permissions in, and how do I enable Sethome and Home? That's all i need to know and if anyone can give me a picture on how to do it, that would be awesome otherwise i'm about to give up.
@ManBeastPigDev
It is updated, don't use /reload if you are, and make sure the components for the relevant commands are enabled.
@SXRWahrheit
This one, you can also fix the teleport issues by forcing the alias. Also make sure you have low-priority-command-registration disabled.
