- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version

Thank you for the support! It is great to see that some people appreciate work!

Depending on your permission manager you can enable or disable permissions in different worlds. You can then use the permission node corresponding to a message list to either add or negate the message to that world.
i dont know what all means?! its work very great, without errors or something?!?! All works 100% THANKS ELCHILEN0
Just wondering... Is there a way to make a message appear only in a certain world?
And by the way. Great work here. I have added some beautiful messages to my server with this plugin already.
@darkraipikachu
Dude many of us with servers from 5-200 have been using this plugin for a very long time. ELCHILEN0 has been great give it a rest and go play the game.
@darkraipikachu
You're complaining about something that was made for free, that you chose to use... Show some respect, this plugin's been around for a while and features such as json messages are still being added(for free) even to this day.
You don't have to use it, no one's forcing you to.
@ELCHILEN0
Keep up the good work man!
@Nikoxx99
As of version 2.5.0 prefix and suffix has been removed.
the command /am prefix not exist! http://goo.gl/vGrFJo you can fix it?
@darkraipikachu
Have you tried reading all the instructions in all the links underneath Usage and Information? Those offer advice and instructions in configuring the plugin to your needs. Have you tried 0? List indices start at 0 and increment from then (see /am list [message-list]).
The error with the plugin not working most likely involves your config being configured incorrectly. The configuration is loaded using a YAML parser which is very sensitive to even the slightest of errors. Remember a computer is reading the file through a set of predefined rules and does not read it the same way a human does. Therefore even though you may intend something, the computer may not understand that if it is not configured correctly. BE SURE to check your config for any errors using a YAML parser:
http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/
Paste your config in there and any errors should be drawn to your attention there. If you still cannot solve your issue then open up a ticket with your config, error log and any other relevant information that I might need to know to help solve your problems.
Finally I would appreciate if you would not come onto this thread screaming for help. I have dedicated a couple years to the management of this plugin during some of my free time which includes helping people like you who do not read before posting. If you need help, ask politely and provide error logs, configurations and descriptions of your problems and preferably submit these through the ticket system provided at:
http://github.com/ELCHILEN0/AutoMessage
Ok…even though the config sucks balls, the in-game commands are a little bit better! Thing is, wtf is Index? I have 2 messages and I can't remove them! I do /am remove vanilla (random numbers), but nothing works! I've tried every number 1-10 and idk what to do! Help!
Yea…this is unbelievable! I've been trying for literally two hours to change like five lines on the config and it won't freaking work! I tried getting newer versions, older versions, and nothing! My config is right! I swear! I've checked and when I try to type something new there are no errors! Please Please PLEASE fix EVERYTHING in the next update! And to do this will take probably months considering all the bugs and problems!
SO MANY BUGS!!!! OMG! First of all, 2.5.2 does't even work, second, editing the config is like a ticking bomb; there's a chance it won't work if you change one thing, and there's an even smaller chance editing will work! It's a good plugin, if you have hours of spare time trying to get it to work!
Every time there is an error with the program it shuts it down! Please Fix!
What does "Index" mean? when it says at preferred index, what does it mean by index?
When I edit one of the messages it works, but it instantly crashes everyone's client.
@GodsDead
@tjbruce
You can simply add [Message group 1] before each message you wish to broadcast.
Can you pls add support for prefixes and suffixes like AutoMessage v2.4.0
If you removed prefix and suffix from message lists in the latest version does this mean we cannon set custom names in the chat for the messages like [Message group 1] The message, [Message group 2] The message
@shurtcut
When it turns offline it means that the config cannot be parsed. If it cannot be parsed the messages cannot be broadcasted. Disabling the plugin allows your original data to be maintained for you to fix any errors in the config. Try taking a look at the console errors for the line number that the error exists. It can range from a misplaced parenthesis to the wrong number of spaces.
Please do something to stop the plugin from turning offline if there's an error in the Yaml config. This is really annoying and I need to restart my server every time to see if my Yaml is good. (I even check my Yaml with a parser)
I copied your default config and add my msg's and nothing works Note: I put ' and ' in every string and everything that needed to be there. I do not use Json in my msg's
PLEASE do something I have important things to announce on my server but I can't... with that plugin.
@Iwitrag
Newline has been present in all the latest versions. Version 2.5.2 adds escaping of newlines in messages as well. Prefixes and suffixes can easily be achieved by the user by adding a string of text before and after the message and will not be added back.
@comniemeer
Please read this page. I cannot spend the time to look over every detail of your JSON message. The generator might not generate the appropriate syntax to be properly parsed. I would recommend you look into how the JSON messages are constructed before attempting large constructs with them.
