How to Handle Conflicting Plugins
If there is a conflicting plugin that overrides the commands of this plugin and you would still like to use them, you can use a program such a WinRar on Windows or Springy on Mac OS X to open the .jar file. From there, you may open the "plugin.yml" file using a program such as Notepad++ on Windows or TextEdit on Mac OS X. Navigate to where it contains the information for the command you would like to remove from that plugin and delete the lines pertaining to it. You can use this technique for any plugin.
Can I just replace the command by another to keep the original command ? Ex: Conflicted command : /Wolf - spawn a wolf/dog I replace one of the commands of one of the Plugins by /dog that will spawn a Wolf too. The second /Wolf command will for example tame a Wolf.
So after replacing : /wolf : tame a wolf /dog : spawns a wolf
