Commands
Commands:
All commands are accessible through a tree based menu. This limits the number of conflicts that you'll experience as well helping users navigate their available commands.
Every command in the HelpMe plugin starts with /helpme or /hm.
- ban <player/t:{ticket}> - Bans a player or a ticket creator from using HelpMe
- banlist [p:{page}/player] - Displays a list of all players that are banned from using HelpMe
- cancel <ticket> - Marks a ticket as canceled to show that it is no longer needed.
- check [p:{page} or ticket] - Shows the user a list of their personal tickets or with the helpme.check.* permission all tickets. Detailed ticket information can be gained by giving a ticket ID and pages can be scrolled through by providing a page number
- claim <ticket> - Claims a ticket to show it is being worked on
- clean - Deletes all closed tickets and compacts the database
- close <ticket> [comment] - Closes a ticket with am optional comment
- closed - Shows a user any tickets that has been closed but they have not seen the response to
- comment <ticket> <comment> - Add a comment to a ticket without having to close it. The comments can be viewed by anyone who can /hm check the ticket. Players with the correct permission to add comments to their own tickets.
- flag <ticket> - Flags a ticket as important or that it requires a higher level of staff to complete it
- help [command] or ? - Shows the user a list of all their available commands
- modlist - Displays a list of online HelpMe moderators. A moderator is considers anyone with helpme.ticket.* permission
- new [message] - Creates a new ticket
- reopen <ticket> - Reopen a closed ticket
- reset - Deletes all tickets and bans and compacts the database
- stats - Shows the current stats of your local HelpMe
- tp <ticket> - Teleports to the world and location that a ticket was created at
- unban <player> - Removes the player from the ban list so they can use HelpMe again
- unclaim <ticket> - Unclaims a ticket and marks the ticket as open.
