WarpsManager
WarpsManager v1.0.3 is now available
Note: WarpsManager will be updated by February/March.
Warps is a plugin aimed for people that have from 1 world to multiple worlds, this plugin allows you to: Let users have homes for different worlds (Without conflicting homes in other worlds), set a spawn for each world, set warps.
Some of the features I like most of this plugin is that:
- It lets you have a default home and other homes as well.
- It lets you set spawn for each world or have a global spawn.
- It lets you modify the amount of homes each group has.
Commands:
- home: Teleports you to the home you entered, if you leave it in blank it will teleport you to your default home (which is named "home").
- sethome: Defines a new home named as the parameter you gave, If you leave it in blank the home will set as the default one "home".
- back: Returns you to your last location
- delhome: Deletes the home named as the parameter you gave, If you leave it in black the deleted home will be the default one "home".
- homes: Shows you all your homes in the world your currently on.
- spawn: Teleports you to your worlds spawn or to the global spawn (defined in the config)
- setspawn: Sets the spawn for the world your currently on.
- warp: Warps you to the warp you entered
- setwarp: Defines a new Warp named as the parameter you gave.
- delwarp: Deletes the Warp named as the parameter you gave
- warps: Shows all the defined warps.
- visit: Allows you to visit a players home.
- hlist: Shows the homes of the specified player.
Command usage:
- /home [name]
- /sethome [name]
- /back
- /delhome [name]
- /homes
- /spawn
- /setspawn
- /warp <name>
- /setwarp <name>
- /delwarp <name>
- /warps
- /visit <player name> <home name>
- /hlist <player name>
Permission Nodes:
- warpsmanager.home
- warpsmanager.sethome
- warpsmanager.back
- warpsmanager.delhome
- warpsmanager.homes
- warpsmanager.spawn
- warpsmanager.setspawn
- warpsmanager.warp
- warpsmanager.setwarp
- warpsmanager.delwarp
- warpsmanager.warps
- warpsmanager.visit
- warpsmanager.hlist
You might be thinking: "Whats the difference between this teleport plugin with all the other ones?"
My answer as the developer would be:
- As far as I'm concerned all or almost all of the teleport, if you have more than 1 home the home name is mandatory, in this plugin it isn't if you leave it blank it will teleport you to your default home.
- Many teleport plugins are outdated or have un-frequent updates, making it a pain since you need more faster, Which in my case I try to update my plugins as fast as I can with new features each update (some updates don't get updates if none are requested or I don't think of a new one).
- I like to take the time to read all the errors and crashes and fix them or give a solution as fast as I can, since I know you as a server manager need a fast fix, otherwise your server will be compromised till a new update or solution is available.
Future features: - None of the moment
All suggestions are welcome, Most of the times If I like the suggestion made I add it for the next release.
I have been having the same problem as DiamondDogHunter, where every time I log out and log back on it puts me into the spawn that I set with this plugin. The only other plugin I use is Timber. Unfortunately my server restarts about every half an hour so I get logged out automatically T-T Not trying to bug you about it or anything, just trying to give you more information to work with for the problem.
@DiamondDogHunter
Quite odd, It might be another plugin causing the problem (incompatibility), but I'll look into it :)
I tried searching but did not find my answer, so I apologize in advance if this has already been solved/looked into. Everything seems to be working fine, however on quiting the game and relogging I always start at my spawn(set with this plugin) even though my character was no where near there. What can I do to fix this?
Thanks in advance
@pomarf
After some testing I couldn't replicate this error :/
So here are some questions:
@Debels
Okay thank you, I'll keep an eye on this page.
@pomarf
Odd, I'll look into it.
@Debels
I had just put warps manager into my plugins folder and started the server I had nothing else running on my PC.
@pomarf
What where you doing at that moment?

@pomarf
Hmmmm, Does it say anything else?
I keep getting
[severe] Could not load 'plugins\warpsmanager.jar' in folder 'plugins'
@JohnCraft110
./setspawn
how do i create a default spawn? or is there one?
@Apollyna
Fixed on Warps Manage v1.0.2, Which is currently being reviewed.
@Apollyna
Oh, Sorry about that description updated.
Setting spawn for new players does not work for me. I can run the commands and return to the spot with /spawn, but new players still appear in the old vanilla spawn area instead of the new one. Warps work fine for me.
I'm running a 1.5.0 bukkit dev build, and no other teleportaion plugins.
I see in the changelog you added warps, but the description page isn't updated to indicate the new commands and permission nodes. Just a heads up. :')
@MieserFieser1997
As far as I know the latest update is 1.5 compatible, but I'm going to release a new version today.
When comes Warpsmanager for Minecraft 1.5?
@TH21100
Just drop it on your plugins directory
how instal this pluging?
