UltraItems

UltraItems creates custom items (with custom title and texture). You can also set crafting recipe and left / right mouse button click action. Action is something to post in chat (eg. command or some message), so you need another plugin to handle this. It is recommended to have commandhelper installed to do advanced commands (command chaining). This plugin requires Spout to be installed, otherwise items will have default texture. You can get item via command /ultraitems (alias /ui).
What you can do with this: wands, food, <s>tools</s>, <s>change stackability</s>
What you can't do (for now): armor, blocks, entities, change durability

- You have to use some permission manger using SuperPerms (like PermissionsBukkit or PemissionsEx or bPermissions)

- I have asked Olloth (he's working on custom item api in spout) and he said that method for changing stackability isn't something that can be done easily.

- Yep. Luminescence, opacity, drop, friction, hardness, whether is powered, explosion resistance. I also like the idea it would act like tree block. And some events like place.

- Not a preferred way of creating item with spout api anymore.

- Use one of following plugins: CookieMonster, EcoCreature or MoneyDrop

- It is shown in console on start-up or after performing /ui reload.

- You either don't have UltraItems as root node or you have BOM signature in your config.

Known bugs
New features are tested before being released but it can miss some bug. If you find any, please report it to the comments or issues section.
- Sound sometimes isn't played (Spout's bug?)
- Reloading config doesn't reset item titles and textures if removed from config (you can use /reload command from bukkit)
- Consume on left click not working correctly (had to disable it because it caused internal server error - bukkit's issue?)
- Maxstacksize isn't working correctly

Hmm, I edited like you said and it didnt work.
Then I removed the \, and for my surprise, it worked with no problems. Strange, but works. I´m ok with this.

Ok, I already got the answer to the stack thingy and the more item on craft thingy. Now some more questions:
On the config file, # is to comment. But, I need the # symbol to be used on commands, as commandbook plugin uses it. For exapple, /tp #near #spawn:#nether. This does not work, as it only passes the /tp command. How to do that?
I don't think my problem is the same as whatever @Redstoner_pro had; I'm not getting Java errors, just a message from the plugin that my configuration is invalid.
Is there maybe an actual copy of a working configuration I can download, rather than the broken one that the plugin generates or the mishmashed one on this page?
The adition to consume other itens is great. As sson as this is released I will be able to create a motherfucking bazooka!
Some more questions I would like to make:
On pre-release 2, you implemented acion variables: As it is written on the example $player, $coords, $world. Could we get a $target variable? I mean, not the coords, but the actual name of a player to where you are pointing.
I saw that the stacksize is disabled for now. What exactly this means? All itens stack by 64, or all itens does not stack?
Another thing, the craft option, is it a option to craft more then one item? Like Using one milk bucket, I would be able to craft 5 cheese for example, the cheese being the utraitems item.
Also, you really should add those colourfull wellformated faggotry on the thread. Add some pics and stuff. Maybe create a thread on the forums for people to share configs. I dunno, as it is, seems one of those dead plugins. I for example, found this just recently, as there is no bukkitforums thread and this one looks strange ;_;

I think this was actually suggested before and i forgot. On todo list. Will be next addition.
I have a suggestion, can you add an option to consume other items in your inventory when you left or right click with the custom item? Ex: Right click a custom made bow, it uses a command to shoot a bunch of arrows, and it consumes arrows in your inventory.

There would be problem you coudn't know what the durability is if you would drop it and retake. Otherwise i would already implement it. But i heard it will be possible to add metadata to spout items.

Could you upload your file to some file sharing service (like DropBox) also update to dev version (it will just show error instead regenerating empty config.

Also, another question:
I know it is not possible to add a durability by easy ways yet. Still I can emulate this via many itens, one linking to the other one, each use of a item removes the item u had, and gives a lower durability one, the last one gives no items. But, im not sure how resource intensive that would be.
Would I be able, for example, to make a wand with 50 uses, and add 50 itens, without that generating a huge performance decrease?
Hi i would like to say i didn't understand anything... i've copied the obsidiansword and pasted into config.yml and started server after server starts i checked config.yml and there's only writes 'UltraItems:': {} tell me why??
