SpoutBroadcast
SpoutBroadcast is a plugin that displays text in the SpoutCraft window. This text can be set in the configuration file and can be overridden at any point via command. The text in the configuration file supports colour codes and the commands support colour names defined in the configuration file.
Features
- A configuration file to change the various options including colours and time delays.
- A file to store the messages and optionally their individual colours.
- Alternative messages can be set for players without Spoutcraft (sent via chat). Add 'messageAlt: This is an alternate message for non-spoutcraft users' without the quotes below each message in your messages file. This allows you to send an alternate message with formatting supported by your chat plugin to these users.
- A command to override the current text to broadcast important messages.
- A command to display a popup for one player with a message to get their attention.
- Supports permissions via Vault.
- Global Override - Override The Message For Everyone Until A Delay Is Over. Supports colours defined in the configuration file.

Update pls. -.-
Update please to 1.3.1/1.3.2 :)
@pimsserver
If I can find time I'll have a go at it :)
@Crabbox
Are you using an up to date version? I'm pretty sure it already has that feature :)
An idea for future is to maybe detect spout? So if players are using the vanilla client, the messages appear in the chat instead. Thanks
Could you possibly add an option in the config how long to show message?
full-time a message in the corner is rather annoying
and would it be possible to let a sentence follow on the next line if it's too big?
You should add some variables like [time], [world], [playerlist] and something like that
@randomer679 And can you please make a video where you show how to configure the plugin. Only that I can rule out that I did something wrong
(sorry if I worded something wrong. I use google translate to some)
sorry but I do not know where you think that I've done tabs...
@TheCoCE
The only problems I can think of is possibly the spacing in the file, or because Spout isn't fully compatible with 1.2.3 because everything else seems fine with that. Are you using tabs instead of spaces? If so try deleting the tabs and using either 3 or 4 spaces.
@randomer679 I have a Problem.I've edited the message.yml but the game says "Your Text here"
this is my yml

I'm using bukkit and Spout on 1.2.3
@sheepwool7
Haha no problem like I said I've got to wait for an RB of Spout before I can update :) I dislike dev builds :P
@randomer679 Indeed that is what I meant (: Sorry, when I wrote that I wasn't being descriptive.
@sheepwool7
1. I need more information than "not working" :) 2. Are you using the 1.1 RB that has just been released? Because I haven't updated this to that yet :)
Hmm it doesn't seem to be working with the RB on CB or SP
@mc_RROD
There must be a point to it, because people use it.
What's point in this when you can just broadcast though chat? Surely doing it that way means more people see your message? I don't do Spout, so I'd be one of them.
@carstorm
When there's an R.B. of both bukkit and spout for it :)
When will this update for 1.1?
@Thundagar
Sorry for the late reply, this may require "escaping" characters which I get confused with so I'll give it a try but don't expect it soon, sorry :) (well the / may come soon because I made this plugin with the intention that would work :P)
