@firecopy
Very nice! Any estimate when this will be updated?
@deleted_8886818
Already watched every episode. Right now I am watching The World God Only Knows, and I just finished Sword Art Online.
@firecopy
Naruto!

I will do as soon as possible. Currently addicted to watching anime :/
Please update!
How about instead of string, a pressure plate?
Can you Get it to Have Shield while holding sword
LOL I did not mean to format the recipes like that. Log Iron Ingot Log (Next Line) Sting Iron Block String (Next Line) Log Iron Ingot Log
Skin of a piston head.
Log Diamond Log (Next Line) Wool Emerald Wool (Next Line) Log Diamond Log
Possibly shields could have durability, instead of being used up? Like as much durability as a stone tool. I also have another crafting recipe to recommend:
-Log
|Iron Ingot|Log String|Iron Block|String Log-|Iron Ingot|Log With the skin of a piston head.I find this would be better for shields because having shields break after one attack is unrealistic.
Also, for a tougher shield:
-Log
|Diamond|Log Wool|Emerald|Wool Log|Diamond|LogWith the skin of a Cobble Wall or Iron Chestplate.
And the "Bash" Attack could act like the knockback enchantment.
Nice plugin
@Blackhawk185
No
FireCopy, would you be interested in being a plugin developer for me?
@Shadix64
You get 64 shields, because that is the default durability in the config file. Everytime you get hit, that number should go down. The /shield command should do nothing considering I didn't set up that command to work. However, I will try to disable that command in a future update.
Looks like a fun plugin, but I'd like to verify that the bugs below me are correct for me too. I made a recipe for 1 shield, and got 64, and the /shield command doesn't work. Looking forward to a fix!
@Blackhawk185
Edit: I will go check it out.
This guy appears to have copied my idea... http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/shields/
@luckyVC17
/shield does nothing. Your plugin should be working, if the plugin is giving you that message.I will change that command later, so it redirects to help.
The shield does not seem to work for me... Am I doing something wrong? I type /shield and it says 'invalid arguments' Please help!
@znus
If you are using the plugin Plugman, which I highly suggest your server should have, make sure you disable Shield before changing the config. If not, make sure the server is off before you change the config. The reason for this is that the plugin saves the config, that is already loaded, over that config you change, which is currently used to keep track on who has disabled their shield notices. I might make player notices save on a txt file in a later update. For your durability question, I noticed that items that aren't tools, such as dirt blocks, do not work well with durability and might not even work at all! However, all items can have a stack number. Therefore, I just used the stack number as a "fake durability" bar.
