ReitzRPG is a upcoming RPG plugin that currently consists of a leveling system with various stats and abilities. Your world spawn is the monster level calculation base, so the more players explore the world the more dangerous the monsters become; The farther you get from the world spawn, the mobs get tougher by increasing their attack damage and health. Players can equip better gear as they level their stats, adding a sense of progression .

Current Features
- Applied my DistanceLevel plugin so the farther you are from the world spawn, the stronger enemies get
- Updating scoreboard with the current stats: Combat EXP, Defense, Attack, Woodcutting, Mining, Magic and Archery.
- Global weapon skill cool down system (only implemented on a few weapons at the moment)
- Per player config file containing stats and exp for mining / woodcutting , class was made by someone in the resource section. I will credit them when I find their name!
- Currently using LucasEmanuel's 0 Client tornado mod for the first magic spell
- Player ItemMenu using /rpg menu or /reitzrpg menu allows players to purchase stat upgrades with their combat exp
- Per player backpack: each player gets a backpack that gets saved to their config so they may safely store items. Purchase additional space using /reitzrpg menu
- Using Desle's Assassin ability resource to implement wall jumping
I#tem restriction usage [NOT BLOCK RESTRICTION]: currently the system is a static lvl 5 for the first tier, 10 for 2nd, 3rd is 15 and diamond is 20. If block break restrictions are in place, some users believe mining can be an annoyance.
- Currently Mining/Woodcutting/Fishing/Digging award exp on block break and level up automatically using the list of blocks that are effected by if you are wielding a pickaxe or an axe.

Commands

/rpg purchase [stats]
/rpg menu (The menu system has everything included in itself )
/rpg trade username (Must be within 10 blocks)
/rpg lock [version must be .03 or higher]
/rpg unlock [version must be .03 or higher]
/rpg setspawn (Sets the spawn of the world to the player's current position)
/rpg killmobs (Removes all mobs in the world; useful if you changed settings)
/rpg sethome (Sets the player's bed respawn at their current location)
How To Trade
- Type /rpg trade username
- The menu will say left or right side and have 3 spaces available put your items in that space and click the block to continue
- Remembering what side you were, click the trade accept button for your side after placing the items you want to trade
- Once the trade has been successful, check your inventory to verify the items have been removed/added accordingly
- To cancel the trade, close the inventory during the final trade menu
How To Use The Menu GUI To Level Up
- Type /rpg menu
- Click on one of the items that say level up [stat]
- If you have the exp it will level, otherwise it will return the amount needed

UUID Fetching from Mojang
This plugin uses URL connections to grab user UUID's via Mojang's web API.
Multi-Language Support
On version .14 or higher, right click the plugin file and open it. Go to com>paulreitz>reitzrpg> then open messages.properties. You
can change any of the messages here, and after saving the file changes will be reflected next time you start the plugin. This is the simplest way for me to make it so any language can be the default on your server or you can even tweak the words or names to what you want.
Loot Tables
On version .15 and higher the loot table system is now fully implemented. You can access it by going to where ReitzRPG is installed and going to loot_table.cfg.

Sweet, and actually i just discovered i can edit the XP levels in the players config file. But a in game command would be useful to admins without console control. Ty paully104 very sweet plugin.
So looks like for the next update I need to get around to making the party system work for exp. Need to patch some sky stuff I was working on that's causing an error. Make an admin command to open backpacks so they can edit it. Make options for admins to change peoples exp and levels.

paully when u kill mobs annybody near u also gets the combat xp so if u afk at a grinder and a friend kills u still end up getting the xp can u find a fix for this please

Oh also. Every time we update plugin to the newest version all player data gets reset to default and they all have to start over again. FIY
can the command 20ozredbull be something like /rpg backpack playername ? and for the xp /rpg set xp amount and for skills /rpg set playername skill amount
My admins are wondering if it would be possible to have some admin commands so they can take items out of there rpg backpack and set there combat XP and abilities.

A suggestion that would make this plugin complete for me. I would like for users to be able to pick different races (that can be created by the server admin) and depending on which race they pick, it will depend on where their home spawn will be (also handled by server admin) and since the mobs levels increase as people travel out from spawn, maybe set it so the spawn of the new race has to be X distance from another spawn which would be neat as it would create a sort of middle ground of difficult mobs. Just an idea, I had a plugin that was my RPG plugin that had the ability to pick races and set custom spawns but it is now inactive. This plugin however, has more of what I want out of an RPG plugin...

Kk, I'm working on an overhaul for the entire combat system. For now what is your attack modifier set at? I'd change it to 1. The .15 Beta is going to be focused on polishing combat damage and pvp.
Hey Paully, After I updated the server to .15 alpha, a few members are complaining that now magic is really weak. One guy claimed it took him 10 hits with the wand to kill a lvl 1 skeleton when he is lvl 18 magic.

Ah so your talking pvp? I actually haven't set things up for it yet that's probably why. I'm still working on monster scaling. I'll see what I can throw together.
Hey Paully just tested what you said. the damage does not increase. I was level 1000 and the other had like 20 defense. i just did like 8-12 damage on him. he had no armor on. greetings Balgros

Disable tornadoes in the config until I get an update out.
u can create water blocks and cobwebs and bedrock using tornado cause it flings the items around where the tornado was made like say if u summoned it under bedrock or under a lake or under the nether for lava can u please fix
tomorrow ill make video and send information and btw the fixes are all fixed havent seen one glitch yet.
