Regios
Current stable version: v5.9.9 for CB 1.6.2-R0.1
Regios, a fully fledged, extensive and extendible Region mod. Regios allows you to easily create regions with a vast amount of properties such as protection, entry & exit control, password protection, speed and health modifiers and much more! Regios is multi-world compatible and lightweight. More so Regios is open source and has a well documented API which will allow other developers to make add-ons to make Regios even better!
NOTE: Regios v5.0.3 and later now REQUIRES Vault for Economy and/or Permissions support. You can still use Regios without Vault but it will be Op or basic superperms only and without economy support.
Do you use Dynmap? Ever wanted to see your Regios regions on Dynmap? Well now you can! Try the new Dynmap-Regios!
Some of the main features of Regios are:
- Complete Region protection.
- Spout GUI editor!
- Permissions and group modification in real-time, force commands and inventory options.
- Prevent exit or entry with password authentication.
- Transfer structures/regions from server to server with new Blueprint (*.blp) files!
- Backup your Regions and restore them to their former states. (Now includes container contents and sign text!)
- API access.
- Fun features such as health control, pvp settings and speed modifiers.
- Per world configurations.
- Default Region settings.
- Simple flat file storage allows for manual editing if needed.
- Universal Economy/Permission support through Vault
- WorldEdit Support

@drAkeTool
Does the url wrap around to the next line when you type it? If it does then that's the issue. Not really much can be done about that, you'll have to add the url to the config file yourself.
how use spout music?
i type: /regios add-music-url Vulgrim http://dl.dropbox.com/s/6kcc5s97mpc920z/Global.ogg
error: [Regios] URL does no exist! T.T help?
@zakdonald
Ah, well, glad you got it figured out.
@zakdonald
I figured out how to fix it, it was a problem with Multiverse, the Overrideserverpvp didnt overide that
We're not able to PVP anywhere, even in the regions. Although i have it set not to pvp in the regions.
@zakdonald
Sorry I haven't answered earlier, its been a busy few days. Are you able to pvp inside regions?
@johnnyzerox7
Yeah it was my fault with the players being able to build but i'm having another problem. For some reason people cant pvp in my survival world. I have EnabledOutsideRegions: true OverrideServerPvP: true but still no luck.
@zakdonald
You must be using Essentials or something that already uses /r for the reply command. Try using one of the other aliases: /reg or /regios.
You must have /regios protect bb enabled. That would prevent players from breaking blocks. If you are wanting to turn it off, use /regios unprotect bb. You can change bb to bp for block placing.
@getaim
It looks like this is my bad. It seems that the show-pvp check was somehow removed so the message shows regardless of what show-pvp is set to. I'll fix it for the next release. Sorry. D:
Any options to disable the [Regios] You cannot fight within regions in this world! message? it annoys, i already tried /r show-pvp false
Am I doing something wrong? Any command I do it says in red "Soo.. who you replying too?"
EDIT: Sorry this was my fault, but I am having the problem where players can build in a protected region but they cant break it?
@DrJinglesMD
Well there is a command to do that (/r check). It doesn't show the owner, just the name, but that would be easy enough to tack on.
I think bucket emptying/filling falls under the /r protect command. The prevent/allow interaction command deals specifically with the PlayerInteractEvent and for whatever reason buckets don't fall under that event.
I have two more requests :)
Is it possible to have a tool to check what region I'm in. Lets say a wood sword, I'd right click and it'd show who the owners, and subowners are.
Second is what seems like a bug. I've got block placement and destroy blocked but I want to allow people to interact. However when I have the PreventInteract flag to false users are able to place buckets of water and lava. That's not good :(
Thanks again for the help and Happy Holidays!
@johnnyzerox7
Heck yes! Some of my users aren't able to grasp more than a couple commands :)
@DrJinglesMD
You know, when I read your last comment I starting giving some thought as to whether or not to make it that way. I think I'll add it as an option. Look for it in the next release. :)
@johnnyzerox7
Yea I figured that out. Thanks for the help. I am still wondering if it is possible to have the tool usable without having to type /r set
:)
@DrJinglesMD
The selection tool is used after you do the /r set command. Any other time it's just a wooden axe. Don't be sorry, if anything I'm sorry for the lack of tutorials if you've misunderstood how the region creation process works. Once you've done /r set then used the selection tool to select your points, then you use the /r create command to create the region. Give it a try and let me know if still get an error.
@johnnyzerox7
Maybe I'm daft but I was using the selection tool defined in the config. Is this not how it works? If so I am terribly sorry for my idiocy.
Edit: Yes I'm dumb :D
It works just fine. Is there anyway to bypass the /r set and just set the points when using the selection tool?
@DrJinglesMD
Are you setting your points first? The only way I've been able get this error to occur for me is if I try to do /r create before I try to do /r set.
@johnnyzerox7 I'm getting the exact same error as Caperr

Would love to get this working :D
For the record the only plugin that I use that can set nicknames is CommandsEX, however nicknames are not set
@getaim
Yes.
