RedBull will update s.s.a.p.
What are the changes?
- New config file. | This time in a map named RedBull in your FTP.
- A reload command, for reloading the config.

What to do?
- Rank support on the Cooldown.
Like this:

User:
       Cooldown: 3600
VIP:
       Cooldown: 1000

- An Admín command: /rb give <USER>
This is for voting, that you can set it when someone have voted.
I think that this is coming in the config:

AdminCommand: true/false

The normal '/rb' command will then '/rb get' be.

- Add in the config
'CooldownPrefix' will be added.

CooldownPrefix: RedBull
CooldownMessage: You are still on Cooldown.

Then will be the cooldown message:
[RedBull] You are still on Cooldown.
