Quester
Quester is highly customizable plugin handling all kinds of quests. From simple "gather to get reward" quests, to complicated forked story-telling quests. Don't forget to specify Quester version you are using and label the ticket appropriately. Tickets without label will take longer to review or be ignored completely.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but it looks like you want to use ITEM objective, which requires player to have defined items in their inventory to be completed. Once player has all required items, they can do "/q done" and it will try to complete the objective and take items from them. If there are more objectives, it will complete as many as possible.
Is that what you are looking for?
It would not be possible to do a version of "collect" objective but removing items of objectives with a command, such as the quest requires 5 tree logs, I took them in my inventory and I do "/q send 0" for complete the objective's id 0 of my quest ? Because I has a server where players rise in rank by making quests and objectives "collect ores" for example, are quite complicated because they can't break ores without that the minerals are removed to be recognized in their quest for grade crossing. I'm sorry for my english which is probably not perfect cause i'm french.

How exactly do you imagine bungee support? And yes, there will be quester for sponge eventually.

0.6.3.6 is very far from the most recent update. Check dev builds. If you decide to update, you might want to back whole quester folder up before you try it. (if you update, /q help is your friend)
Ok updated to craftbukkit 1.8.6 and I think it's fixed!

I'm running bukkit 1.8.1 I think. Ok so if you create an event that gives a player an item such as a reward, the item becomes obsolete. Try to do something with it like craft something out of it. I t doesn't work. Drop it on the floor and pick it back up and it's all fine. Weird huh?

Hello Ragan262! I don't know if the plugin is supposed to act like this but i noticed whenever you set a quest event to give you a certain item, you can't do anything with it such as craft with it, trade with it and so on. It's just there. Anyways the problem is fixable when you throw the item on the ground and pick it back up but I don't want to have my server players do this. Please help. Thanks!

Quester extras v0.4. it should now support epicboss recoded too. Objective stays the same. Try it.
Watch out for "<plugin> found and hooked." message at startup.
Edit: Startup issue has been fixed in this build, you can redownload.

Hello! I had some personal issues, sorry for a such long reply. I've tested now the extra plugin. I made an objective for a new quest (xepickill) as you suggested. When I toggle the quest, the progress seems bugged. Even when I killed the boss it didn't count. Proof: http://imgur.com/a/lgxIQ

It was never meant to be used that way. Simply enable all quests and set conditions properly. If you want npc to feel less like quest list, maybe you could even link those quests together. If you want to do something particular with that npc, maybe the way npcs handle quests could change or be extended.
Hey ragan, I am reporting back with another short question.
First of all, I have been using your latest devbuilds and they are great! I have encountered almost no errors so far (except for one little one, which I can pm to you if you want), everything works like a charm!
I was just wondering whether to toggle quests for specific players ONLY. Here is the thing: I have one holder with 4-5 quests. Quest #2 can only be done if quest #1 was completed. If that happens, quest #2 is toggled on quest completion. Unfortunately, however, this toggles quest #2 for all the players. Is there a way that quest #2 is only activated for those players who have already done quest #1?

i am happy to see you further develope your plugin and make updates.
I use the plugin on my server and plan to use it for automatic generation of quests for my plugin realms.

First make sure you are running new dev version of quester, as well as quester nps from the same site. Then simply read this and this.
Please be more specific about extra objective not working. If you don't use development version of quester, that would be why. Are there any errors in log during startup or runtime? Do you use newset mythicmobs version?
