Quester
Quester is highly customizable plugin handling all kinds of quests. From simple "gather to get reward" quests, to complicated forked story-telling quests. What is even better, everything is customizable on-the-fly directly in game ! No more restarting/reloading your server every time to change something. Localizable messages, plenty of different, highly-customizable objectives, conditions, events and flags. NPC and sign support. All this together creates almost unlimited possibilities.
Found a bug? Have a suggestion? Sumbit a ticket.
Don't forget to specify Quester version you are using and label the ticket appropriately. Tickets without label will take longer to review or be ignored completely.
Latest DEV version should be working with recent minecraft versions. See dev builds.

Yes it is a planned feature. But it will not appear until quester moves to sponge. Pretty much nothing will be added feature-wise, only fixes.
It's not a big deal since my quests take this issue into account :p
My main concern was about /q progress and it's now fixed :)
Also, do you consider allowing quests to be stored is separate files ?
I edit my quests directly in the file and it's getting pretty huge..

I don't think I can do much about npc talking. It would need to respect quester cancelling the event, which it doesn't.
Thanks ! It fixed the cancel flag for /q progress but not for npc speech :p
So the flag cancels successfully quester holder and dtlTrader right click but not talking npc right click.

Yes, all of my NPC objectives are using the cancel flag but this one is bugged :
In early Quester 0.7 (2014), this flag cancelled /q progress on quest holders and dtlTraders's shop opening but didn't cancel npc chat.
Now (13th dev build), this flag only cancel dtlTraders right click.
So if I right click the npc in the objective below, he will start talking if his trait speech/text is set, or he will show me my quest progress if he is the quest holder. (in this case npc 54 is the quest holder)

Are you creating NPC objective with cancel flag? (adding "-c" after objective creation command)
You need to include that to block other npc interactions during objective.

I noticed that each profile is now stored in a separate file.
Could I suggest to do the same with quests ? This would be very very usefull :)
PS : I noticed a bug with "npc" objective : I the npc I must talk to is the quest holder, right clicking it will trigger /q progress. This should only be triggered if I click a second time on the quest holder.

You need the questNPC plugin. so you should have 2 plugins to make it work with citizens quester and questerNPCs

Hi !
I have an issue with dev builds uploaded after #5 (25 June 2014) : On server start, Citizens tell me that the trait quester is not recognized.
I tried to create a new quest holder by typing "/npc create Test01" and then "/trait quester" and the output was : "Unknown trait"
PS : Sorry I don't have the logs for now but there is very little to quote from console. Only something like "[Citizens] : NPC with id 75 could not be loaded"
Using Quester 0.7 #13, Spigot 1.8.7 and last Citizens build

Hey I started using the Questers plugin recently but when i create a quest when i want to add a desk i have to add the words one by one ;-; liek im doing this /q desk set (word) and then to add the other words i do /q desk add (next word) and then then the /q desk add command again and again ;-; as far as i know i should be able to add the discription with spaces but whenever i add the spaces it gives me this text :too many arguments. ;-; plz ragan i need help it is getting rly difficult for meh to create quests like this.
