PersonalChest
This is my first plugin and even my first Java written thing

This plugin makes it possible to have different chest inventories for each Player with one chest.
If you register a chest with contents already in it each player will have the change to get the items like a treasure chest.
It is also possible to make a inventory chest that can be used by each player personally.
Quote:Example:
- ADMIN creates a chest width 2 dirt inside.
- ADMIN registers the chest to be a PersonalChest with "/pchest create".- PLAYER1 walks to the chest and takes 1 dirt form the chest, so now every time PLAYER1 looks in the chest there is only 1 dirt in there.
- If PLAYER2 opens the chest he sees the orginal contents of the chest, the original 2 dirt.
He takes all the contents and now the chest is empty for PLAYER2.-For PLAYER1 there is still 1 dirt in the chest.

It doesn't say it works with R0.3 The newest versions are in Alpha due to many many bugs currently.
My main goal is to have the bugs fixed when the sable version of 1.2 is released.

It kinda sucks that I don't have the time I like to spend on updating the plugin.
It's more like that if I have a spare hour in the weekend that I work on it...

I have to stop using this plugin until it updates for these reasons.
1. Crysillion's notice on a exploit I was unaware of until I read his/her post and attempted to do it myself and it happens!
2. When I placed items in the storage chest (pchest) shortly later it disappears from the chest!
HUGE exploit with the latest version! Let me give you an example here...
Let's say I have a PersonalChest (PC) setup with some dirt in it. Just random odds and ends things. Set it up, declare it as personal chest, and leave it. If I come up to it and open it, sure enough, the dirt and the stuff I put in it is there and PC is working properly. But here's the dupe exploit:
Let's say before opening the PC, I go back to my base and open one of my chests there, non-PC's of course. Let's say I open a chest with some diamonds in it, decide, nah I don't really want those right now, and head off back to the PC. When I open that PC, it's going to have the contents of the last chest I opened. Those diamonds.
This can be repeated infinitely. It's a massive dupe exploit. PLEASE be warned.

I believe he is requesting for an option that once the chest is opened, the chest is clear for players the second time opening that chest.
I could see some benefits to this and some down sides to this, but an option is always optional :P.

The variable thing is how the plugin already works :P
EDIT: Or if you mean that the players only can take items once form a chest (open it once).
Players can take items not only one time... I think i know what you need to do. Work with variables, for every registered chest make a list in some file, with the players that have opened that chest, and if they opened once, next time that chest will be clear for him, but not for that player who isnt in that list. List should look like in PEX Users: (new line) Nick1 (new line) nick2... Im using this plugin for new players kits.

P.S. Maybe you could make a simple Sign-Based land buying plugin for World Guard, bus buying not for money, but for the matereal which would be set in the config, like gold ingot or nugget; iron ingot, gold block, wood picaxe... Ant a price would be on a sign. And there wouldnt be any rent! Thx if you will make this plugn, i think it would be easy, but i dont know how to make my own plugin... If you wont make this plugin, please tell how should i start to make a simpliest plugin? Is there any callbacks? Like in sa-mp scripting?

That should not be possible, but in the latest version I did fix a chest create bug.
This is very broken, I put 3 diamonds in a chest and people were getting stacks.
