Not up to date. I find it hard to tell what does what. Here are 2 conflicting examples.
chunkUnloadDelay: 10000 Sets the delay in miliseconds until a chunk can be seen as 'unloadable'. The higher the value, the longer non-active chunks are being kept in memory. Here a delay of 10 seconds is used.
useChunkUnloadDelay: true Sets if chunks are unloaded after a (set) delay. (chunkUnloadDelay) Intervals are in ticks, 20 ticks ~ 1 second.

there should be a big warning that mob control part of this pluging removes existing animals i got players of my server very angry at me now

Aww hell. If I hadn't seen that, I would have enabled the spawn limits feature. You saved my life, bro.
@bergerkiller: Could you add an option to only manage monsters while leaving animals out of the equation? Lots of people have animal farms now and I can't enable the mob limiting if it's gonna kill all the animals... specially since I had to travel 3000 blocks to import animals into my island when 1.0.0 came out because I slaughtered every last one back in 1.8 when I had no idea they wouldn't respawn. :P
@bluehasia I'll add a warning on the main page about this. (the spawn limiter has been disabled by default now, as it requires more CPU than it reduces, internal mechanisms are fighting the limiter.)
@LEOcab You can of course use the 'monster' as grouped limit, instead of 'mob'.
what do I do if I don't want to set animal limits and perhaps set only mob limit (only for agressive mobs etc) I don't want my players to loose their sheep and piggies, but I don't want trilions of agressive mobs eigher.
I was thinking about setting number to 0, but I guess that would despawn all the animals, so I just exlude animals from the list and thats all?
@Wondrej You can't exclude entities yet, but you can set spawn limits around animals. For example, you can set monster spawn limits and leave the animal spawn limits alone.
why is it when i put in the NoLagg V1.58 Folder and .jar file into the plugins folder and start bukkit 1.1 and when i enter i and my friends lagg in mid-air and gives me this erorr

Image of the error and the random blocks that are appearing when players interact. The blocks aren't actually there.
im trying to get a better understanding of chunk sending so that i can optimize my server. im am particularly worried about player w/ flight since they move a lot faster than non-fliers. my dedicated server is 3.2GHz quad w/ 12GB ram and 100Mb bandwidth
what would you suggest and why?

All animals died on my server why is that?

What NoLaggChunks settings would you recommend for a dedicated server with a dual-core 3GHz processor, 4GB RAM, and a 10-megabit upstream internet connection? I just got upgraded to 10Mb from 4Mb so I was wondering, maybe my server would benefit from settings higher than the default. Thanks! :)

@LEOcab I honestly have no idea, in general, if you don't need it, don't take it. It would only add server load for the new plugins. I guess you can use a higher max chunk sending rate in NoLaggChunks, but beware that the client may not be able to keep up with the flow.
Other than that, it's up to you what you want of course. You are free to add/remove components as you please.
No Lag is stoping TNT explosions on my server alltogether.
