About Multiverse
Multiverse was created at the dawn of Bukkit multiworld support. It has since then grown into a complete world management solution including special treatment of your nether worlds with Multiverse NetherPortals.
In the second delivery of Multiverse, we've broken it up into several smaller plugins that are each feature packed but not bloated! Multiverse provides the easiest to use world management solution for your Minecraft server, big or small, and with great addons like Portals and NetherPortals, what's not to love!
Multiverse is here and works for the latest server build! Is your server a Multiverse?

Is Multiverse missing that little something that you need?
Hop on our Discord and tell us that you'd like to fork us and add a feature! You can of course do this without consulting us, but we cannot accept pull requests that will break Multiverse for the rest of our users! Don't go write your own World Management plugin, join the team and submit a pull request.

I'm trying to get enforce access to work, so I can create secret worlds for different groups. Giving my users the correct multiverse.access.Guest etc. etc. and multiverse.teleport.self.* but I've been trying different permissions to get it just right with enforceaccess: true in the multiverse config, but no matter what I try, no one is able to access anything when enforceaccess: true is true and not false. Any help with this?
@Luficer
You can change the respawnworld in the world.conf file. You can put the same name as the world on witch you're configuring the respawnworld.
Example
world_nether
respawnworld: world_nether
You can also change the world_nether respawnworld to wathever world you like to spawn on different worlds if you die.
Another very handy option is to set bedspawn to true. This function is not working right now (version 1.1-R1). But it actually respawns the players at their bed if they got one, else respawn at the given respawnworld.
Also note, if you don't give up any respawnworld, they will spawn at the default world spawn.
Hey, if anyone could tell me why this wont work that would be great ._.

I have core and portals installed but none of the setting will change. Thanks -Dan
Hi,
i switched to multiverse today i an everytime i change the world my gamemode is reseted. i have an survial server so i cant configure it too creative in the configs. But i found this:
•Mods/OPs/Players keep having their game mode switched!
New builds of Multiverse-Core include an extra permission to prevent automatic mode-switching. This permission takes the form:
mv.bypass.gamemode.WORLD_NAME
With this new permission, server owners can pick particular users to ignore some (or all) of the game mode settings on each world when teleporting between them. For example, a player with mv.bypass.gamemode.* could be an admin, keeping their creative mode setting even in survival worlds. Just set the right permissions in your preferred plugin and you're good to go.
i added it to the groups. I use PermissionEx but it is still not working.
Please help
@Luficer
I use HomeSpawnPlus to configure all the spawning things correctly. I don't have Essentials spawn, so I don't know if it conflicts.
I'm trying to figure out how to set this up in such a manner that it will respawn players in the respective world that they died in. Instead it's spawning them in a world I have designated specifically to warping between the build worlds. I was thinking it was supposed to spawn you in the world you died, albeit maybe I have another plugin conflicting with it. I'm also using Essentials Spawn, would this plugin conflict with the /mvm set spawn method?
Thanks in advance -Luficer
You can get the files from their Jenkins here: http://ci.onarandombox.com/job/Multiverse-Core/
Whenever i use custom generators the server is spammed with errors. For example, I tried /mv create skyland normal -g SkylandsPlus and /mv create planet normal -g bSpace:0.
bukkit.onarandombox.com has been down for me for at least a week now. Has anyone else been having problems downloading the AB?
@lolleflikker Commandbook has a time lock but locking time (locking the tick counting for the sun) would also lock the tick rate for that world which affects water,lava flow and redstone.
Hi
When will you support flatworld in 1.1?
I am having a issue when I try and create a new world with the latest dev build of bukkit. I use multiverse with the 'mv create example_world normal' command. But it will craft the server and prevent it from loading without first remove the newly created world.
Is this a plugin issue or a bukkit issue i'm not sure but I have attached the error.
Hello
Very nice plugin! But could you please add some feature to lock the time on a sertain world?
Thanks!
Getting this error :S http://pastie.org/3189232 Tried to create a world with TerrainControl. I hope this can be fixed because 2 of my worlds just corupted.. Using bukkit build 1720
Guys what jsut happened to the forcegamemode thing? now becuase i have a survival world and a freebuild when a player steps through the portals they stay in the same gamemode. it use to swap but now that i updated to the AB it no longer swaps them... now my FreeBuild playuers are using Gamemode in the survival world v.v
So I updated my multiverse core and it put a funny file in my plugins folder called "plugin metrics". This in turn has a link to www.metrics.griefcraft.com. What is this?
Are we able to create the superflat world with this now, without needing a cleanroom generator plugin?
Hi
Whenever i tried using the argument "here" in MV-Portal, it doesent work, portal doesent send me where i stood and executed the command.
@XanderCrews01
@Sejsel
Never used terrain control, but MV and it's plugins work fine. If I have some time I may have a look at TerrainControl as I know a lot of people use MV + TC
