ModTRS
Note: I only updated this plugin on request of one of my server members. In no way am I associated with ModTRS or have permissions from the creator. I shall try to get permission, but for now I just wanted to upload the plugin because people have been waiting for it.
FINALLY! Modtrs is updated. I have worked hard to update this plugin! So please don't comment saying, "WOOOOW you stole this and claimed it as your own"
Well, That is not what I'm doing at all guy with crazy hand movements! You obviously didn't read the note! So please tell me if there are any bugs or any problems. I will try to fix them but I can promise nothing. Lastly Give me feed back! I will have a link to the original authors Github page for this plugin. So you can check that out as well!
Features:
Easy installation: Just install ModTRS.jar, and it takes care of the rest!

Can you limit players as to how many modreq's they can submit? This way players can't just keep spamming it (Even tho i have a plugin to block spammers this feature could help save a nice size cleanup later)
Please add MySQL support if you haven't already. If you have, will you please direct me to the support page? I need a solution that will support my multi-machine solution. For now I'll use ReportRTS. Thank you.
So this plugin was picked up for one version just to be immediately abandoned again. Wonderful.
For some reason every player on my server seems to have all perms for modtrs. They don't have the permission nodes, yet they are notified of new tickets and can modify/delete/respond to them. Do I really need to go through and negate each node for every group who isn't supposed to have them?
EDIT: I noticed mcHUB is having the same issue. I don't know about him, but I'm running PermissionsEx. EDIT #2: Perhaps the original plugin only supported Permissions 2.7.x or whatever it was and proper bukkit permissions were never added? Still, I don't know how it would "default" to all perms. That's just weird.

Not yet. But I will be getting people to help with this plugins code so we can add new things. So my answer is, soon maybe. But I promise nothing.
Hi, I am wondering if there is a way for someone to cleanup the database without deleting all of the information. For example, deleting all tickets made longer than 2 weeks ago or delete all tickets under 500, etc?
@mcHUB
What permissions plugin do you use?
Posted a test request. All players (all ranks) are able to see open mod request. How do I disable this?
@Exagerate
Yes, This is the one that says, ====== "Your request has been submitted" ======
When a player does /modreq <message> it says exactly that. And the mods then do /check and it shows the request.
I've seen many servers use the orange "your request has been submitted" format and i've been looking for the same plugin, presuming it's this one, but those ones had /helpop instead of modreq, do both work here?
