• All mcMMO Skill permissions are checked during rank line listings and player selecting a skill as their base rank line. If the player does not have the permissions for an mcMMO skill, they will not be able to select it as a means to rank up against. Additionally, those very same skills will not appear in the Base Rank Listing display via the mru hab command
• Rank Line Ability Testing - When a player joins the server as well as during rank line listings. This feature will invoke that if an ability was disabled when previously enabled and the player had it as his mean of ranking up, will notify the player that his previous rank line ability is no longer available and he must choose a new mean of ranking up.
• Added version info command to main menu
• Added command /mru last (require mru.admin node) to check the last quit skill and level of any player

Upgrading from 0.6.3.1 or lower

BACKUP YOUR EXISTING ABILITY FILES AND CONFIG.YML

• Stop your server
• Delete config.yml from " /plugins/Mcmmorankup " - VERY IMPORTANT!!
• Start your server
• As always, check your server log for any issues.
• Edit the new config.yml file to re-adjust your settings again. The old config.yml file has been changed and any existing config.yml files left in the Mcmmorankup folder will create version confusion for you and the mcmmoRankUp plugin.
• Either re-start your server or via console or in-game, issue command /mru reload. If in-game reload does not reload properly (sometimes happens), re-start your server.

Gender option has bug and does allow selection of male/female and will return No Permission. This was an over sight during last build.  Fixed in 0.6.4, soon to be released.   Default gender is male and does not affect too many people as most don't even want gender to be part of the plugin.
