InfoMan
InfoMan is a simple and easy-to-use motd/informative commands plugin with support for permissions for each individual command.
Example:
motd
info
How to use it
Commands
Only console input is accepted, you can disable and enable motd by writing: "infoman motd e/d", where e enables and d disables, motd is enabled by default.
You can also disable the "first join" message by the same principle, "infoman firstjoin e/d"
The plugin is reload-able, typing "infoman reload" in the console will reload commands.txt and the config.

Planned Features

First time isnt working for me. It says it EVERY time I log in?
@osky2918
Well yes, you can add any command you'd like.
Can I add like an rules page ?
@Xerati
Could you try deleting your config and commands.txt (you can just rename both files to something else so you don't lose your settings) and then report back if the loading is still slow
Any idea why when I reload all (or reload infoman) it takes like 20+ seconds to load the config? I have plenty of other common plugins that have always loaded instantly, but only this plugin hangs for 20+ seconds... No errors either...
Hmm... how can I say this... Nothing else compares, or even comes close to it. The simplicity of this plugin as well as the completely customizable messages AND COMMANDS out classes anything and everything out there. Amazing job on this incredible plugin

That's weird, I just tried making both "info_forest" with a .txt called info_forest and "forest" with a txt called forest, they both worked, make sure you reload the plugin after you have saved your changes in commands.txt. I can only suggest you try redownloading the plugin / try without one of your other plugins at a time until you find the culprit preventing this plugin from working correctly.
Please Help!
I'm a little confused on how to set up commands for this. I would just want my users to be able to type "/info Forest". To get info on the forest world. I added in the command "/info_forest" and made a text file info forest. It didn't work. I reload the server and tried other things like making the command just"/forest". Having the forest.txt file. I ether get errors saying unknown command or unknown chapter.
