EventSounds
♫EventSounds♪
This plugin allow you to hook events with sounds.
And because resource-packs are able to hold completely new sounds, you may even use custom sounds for events like vocals or other stuff.
I'll describe how the Plugin works / how to create a resource-pack with custom sounds in the sub-pages
This plugin features:
► JoinSounds (for single Users)
► JoinSound for the joined player
► SaySounds (i know you love them :D)
► AdminSaySounds (for admins)
► KillStreak sounds
► Multikill sounds
► Suicide sound
► Teleport sound
► Hotbar-scrolling sound
► An API (to keep things clean)
Important Information: This plugin does not include any sounds / resource packs. Without custom resources you will only be able to play the minecraft default sounds

In case you speak german or don't mind to read nearly any plugin messages in german you may visit TNL MC-Server at nextlevelminecraft.com for a demo of this plugin.

Nope. I might add it in the future. Chat sounds will be added as well.
Thanks for suggesting
Does the translation support color codes? If so how to implement? Is it possible not to have a specific talk term and to play a sound when anyone talks?
@MrCobayo
The part i wrote is only an addition. I don't have time to explaing resourcepacks that detailed.
Thats why there's a link pointing to and more in depth tutorial.
I really don´t understand the tutorial for add my custom sounds to my resource pack...
I'm ill atm - sry update has to wait D:
@MrCobayo
The sounds work because the server doesn't actually check if the sounds exists but tells the client to at least try to play it. So as long as you have an resource pack that defines that sound it will play. Creating new blocks would require the server to know about it as need information like "is it solid?". This would force the server and client to have a mod installed that holds information about this blocks.
So yes, it would work, but with a mod - not a plugin :)
If with this plugin is possible add infinite sounds to minecraft, is possible make other plugin for add more blocks?
@FlOppythp
Relax - This is not my job but my hobby.
Answers may take some time as this isn't the only thing I'm working on
THIS PLUGIN IS OVERPOWERED, IT Gave me an idea which is TSUNAMI
@FlOppythp
the way i wrote it on the config page ;)
(I see I didn't update it, so shame on me)
Upload your resource pack and you config and i'll take a look at it
@FlOppythp
The 1.7.2 version is called EventSounds Altered 0.2. I upped it yesterday but it takes some time...
Thank you for implementing some of the suggestions. Now I'm just gonna pull some random things out of my head that would put you above the rest.
-When hitting a mob rapidly have the attack sound rapid also -*Ding* when mob/npc gets hit with an arrow -A sound for getting hit while blocking. Or hitting a player that's blocking -lightning on /ban -flying sound right before going into flight from walking
@FlOppythp
The skin thing is not a bug as far as i know. Skins just wont be downloaded to offline-server anymore as of 1.7.9
Now I'll go mirror the workspace and "downgrade" v0.2
both will be "released" monday i guess... can't tell :)
(oh and sorry for getting a bit mad... I'm not always in the best mood )
@FlOppythp
So half of the server are outdated. It won't help stickin' around on 1.7.2 ... 1.8 will release soon and ( at least I ) want to play on an up-to-date server. Besides most plugins run on 1.7.9 ( no problem as name changes are still disabled )
The sounds need to be linked in the config if you want them to play and the resource pack has to be valid. It worked for me using Bukkit or Spigot on v 1.7.9
I'm mostly developing for the latest beta build wich is 1.7.9 as well as the dev-build, if I'd stick with the recommended build we'd still be at 1.6.4 - and 1.7.9 is available since april now.
But as you insist on a 1.7.2 build, i might take a look
@FlOppythp
why do you think 0.2 stuff is added all around the place...
I'm reading everything and working on it but i got something like a f

ing real-life.besides I wont work on 1.7.2 anymore as it's outdated.

v 0.2 is on it's way
added a link to a working resource-pack example at the resource-pack page
Ok. The how to doesn't make any sense either now. Could someone please post a working resource pack for this?
