EpicGlass adds a new function to both glass blocks (or any other block type in the config!); the ability to be broken! With EpicGlass, you can charge up your bow and send an arrow smashing through windows or take someone by surprise by crashing through their skylight. But don't worry, all that broken glass will slowly regenerate, so you can shatter it over and over again.
This plugin collects basic usage information for mcstats.org. You may opt out in the generated pluginMetrics config file.
Features
- Players and Mobs can fall through glass
- Players can sprint and jump through glass
- Arrows can be shot through glass
- All glass blocks that were touching will be broken
- Glass broken by EpicGlass regenerates over time
- Config for disabling any unwanted features and adding a block cap to the number that can be broken at once
- All of these things for any other block type

Usage
In order to use EpicGlass, simply sprint and jump, fall onto, or shoot an arrow at a glass block.

So, I've been talking one of the devs of Guns+ about getting some API added for me to hook into, and it's looking promising. Shouldn't be too much longer until Guns+ will be breaking blocks in EpicGlass.
As always, I love hearing what you guys think about the plugin, as well as what you think should be added. Any feedback is greatly appreciated :)

not sure. I haven't tested it with that version. If I were you, i would just try it, lol. I cant think of any reason why it wouldnt work.
But why dont you update CB? There's at least 2 RBs past 1.2.3
support 1.2.3-R0.2??
Excellent plugin, however, broken windows reappear after a reboot server ... Is this normal ? If yes, there is not there a way to make these windows broken the rest permanently :) ?

I'm getting a no Plugin.yml in the jar error!
Version 1.5 has been uploaded. Major changes include protection for torches that were on blocks and the added ability to jump through glass horizontally. In order to do this, simply sprint into the glass. If the glass is raised up off the floor, you'll have to jump, as well.
I am aware that there are no permissions or config options for jumping, but it will be added soon.

Then make a ticket. Thats not a huge priority, so likely by the time I could get to it, your comment will be long gone. Using the ticket system makes everything easier for me and makes sure your request gets taken seriously. Plus people can vote on it, so I can tell easily which ideas are the most popular, and which order to add them in

Then there's no way for my plugin to be regenerating the blocks because the regeneration scheduler only checks blocks that are in my HashMap and ArrayList, and the methods that call that method are only triggered by the EntityDamageEvent and ProjectileHitEvent.

Just to humor you, I tested it out.
With CB #2149 (1.2.5-R1.0 RB), WorldEdit v.5.3, and EpicGlass v1.3, I am unable to reproduce any regen issues, what-so-ever.

Well then could you explain why whenever I try to change the glass block to something else the glass starts to regen?
The one thing i would like to see is the addition of snowballs to break glass, it would give more functionality to them

I've been trying to come up with a good way to do a horizontal break, but I'm not coming up with anything that doesnt involve PlayerMove, which would be very CPU intensive and bog down the server a bit. But yeah, once I've got something solid I'll release it

That doesnt make any sense...
The scheduler that handles all my regeneration works off a hashSet of all the blocks that my plugin has broken. There is NO way for any block that was not specifically broken in one of my methods to be added to that hashSet and regenerate. Maybe you should make a ticket so i can track this better.
And yeah, I had just forgotten about torches, I'll add that in right away for v1.5
Fun idea, people with high speed (Speed III or higher potion effect maybe?) who are also in the air trigger the glass break. Would make a fun way to jump though windows horizontally!
Love this plugin and my entire server does as well! (except the guy with the glass house)
