This has been added in v1.29 that has just been uploaded.
Hi, I caught a pig today with a saddle on and ended up losing my saddle. Could you make animals with saddles drop the saddle after being caught? Thank you.
Hi, I'm using this cool plugin on my server.
I set the conifg
PreventCatchingTamedAnimals: false
but, it couldn't work.
check this issue plz.
plugin is v.1.28.
server is craftbukkit 1.5.2 R0.1.
Cool plugin!
Oh, my bad. I should probably learn how bukkits ticket system works before complaining.
@Eelviny
I have not deleted your ticket (I don't even think it's possible). I replied to it a long time ago. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-mods/eggcatcher/tickets/?status=+
Would be nice if my ticket didn't just get silently deleted... Can you add support for more protection APIs though? I get a lot of confused players who try to use eggs in their own claim. (Griefprevention) I'll be satisfed with a reason as to why you won't instead of just deleting it.
@CosmicVoyager
It doesn't. Mostly because I've found it to be incompatible with many trading plugins. Also it would prevent the eggs from being stacked. Lastly it would change the expected behaviour of the eggs. Most people I've been in contact with uses this plugin because it's stable, simple and compatible. I fear that saving the mob data would change this.
@nhadobas
WorldGuard is an area protection plugin, it doesn't protect animals. So I'm not sure what you mean when you say that EggCatcher doesn't respect WorldGuard.
@shansen1
My bad for not specifying what protection plugin, but this plugin doesnt respect worldguard regions.
Hey, love the plugin by the way. I have a feature request: can you make catches cost a configurable XP/level amount too? That would be awesome ;-)
Hello,
Does this preserver mob data? If not, please add.
Thanks
@GamersSynergy
Well I just don't have much time to spent on helping people configuring various permission plugins. You can get plenty of support for this elsewhere.
Bugs and critical problems directly related to EggCatcher gets solved very quickly.
It's hard to see your configuration file since you only pasted in the EggCatcher part, but according to the documentation for GroupManager (http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Group_Manager#Permissions_nodes and here https://github.com/essentials/Essentials/blob/release/EssentialsGroupManager/src/groups.yml) it's not properly formatted. I suggest starting over with the permissions file if you still can't get it to work.
@shansen1
There are no typos. I also removed this plugin. The last of support is not a good thing.
@GamersSynergy
You need to check your permissions configuration for typos.
@nhadobas
What do you mean by regions? EggCatcher respects all protection plugins that I know of.
You really need to add support for regions. Anyone can use this plugin to bypass any type of protection plugin on servers.
Thanks very much for adding support for item values :) You are the best :D
Note: Most necessary plugin for many kind of servers. Very nice plugin :)
Shansen, Do you have any idea why this is happening?
