DropsToInventory
With this plugin blocks and drops of animals, creatures and players will not drop on the ground. Instead they will be transferred directly to inventory of the player who broke the block / killed the entity.
Another rewrite for Bukkit/Spigot/Paper 1.18 (1.18.2): This is a very simplistic implementation that tries to be simple and fast and without any configuration, commands or permissions. I'd like to fix this at least for some major things but I give no guarantees that I'll ever get to it.
If you want anything more complex look somewhere else - I stumbled across "Drops2Inventory Plus" on Spigot and it looks decent (though it's paid).

Hello , i have the same issue with worldguard even with the v.2.0.1 ! What should i do ? I tested with a non-op player and he can break blocks but not place it like MinecraftAdmin said !

Do you perhaps have a flag on that allows them to break? Mine was working just fine. I'm going to PM you a version with a line that logs to console when it reaches the world guard check. I'm wondering if perhaps your file isn't recognizing that world guard is enabled.
I tried on non-op/non-owner test account.
I tried breaking a block in worldguard region, I could break the block, but could not place it down.
I removed DTI, then could not break, or place the block.

Seems I forgot to update the plugin.yml. Also did you try breaking the block as yourself? Because if so you have permissions to build there since you are the owner. (Even after removing op because you created the region). I tested with two accounts, and this error did not pertain. However if you could be a bit more in depth I could help you there.
I downloaded version 2.1 posted here. Upon inspecting plugin.yml, the version shows up as 2.0.2, and the worldguard issue still exists. :(

There really isn't much to explain. Before cancelling the event it uses the worldguard api (if worldguard exists) to check wether the player can build. If the player can it continues, and breaks the block. If the player can't it simply returns and lets worldguard handle it. AKA not letting the player break the block.
Hmm maybe post a new video on the new world guarding to help us get through it :)

There isn't an API or anything for plotme, and I'm not sure how I would go about that. I'll ask around, and see if I can implement that for you.

Note! Version 2.1 is ready to go (it is awaiting approval, alternatively you can always download via github (though keep in mind those builds are not approved by the bukkit staff), or build from the source on github). This version fixes the World Guard/Factions compatibility. Also this version adds in commands/permissions that you can view on the "Commands/Permissions" page. Finally please delete your old config file for this version to work! Thank you all for being so patient!
Silktouch does nothing with higher levels, fortune is what is needed (:

The 2.1 Update Will add in world guard protection which your server probably uses. Also Unsafe fortune enchantments will work in 2.1, and silktouch works the same on all levels as I'm aware. If you give me an idea of what the unsafe enchantment does on silk touch I could perhaps add it.
I really enjoy this plugin, it would be helpful to add this on my prison server to decrease the lag. However my server is OP Prison so we use unsafe enchantments with fortune and silktouch. Will this affect the plugin at all or will it work as well? I saw MrRevolutionz's comment below but I just want to make sure. :)

Unfortunately I have not yet implemented the world guard api. I'll get that ready for the next update.
Tried the latest update with latest spigot, and map got griefed. Players were able to destroy blocks and it went directly to their inventory in a protected world guard region.
