Getting Started
Installation |
---|
Bukkit is currently required.
- Install WorldEdit first. (DON'T FORGET THIS)
- Download CommandBook and install it the same way.
- Run your server once to generate the files.
- Edit plugins/CommandBook/config.yml to your liking.
- Restart the server for the settings to take effect.
You'll have to read the wiki (see below) to find the permissions you need.

Is it being updated for 1.3.1 or not?
i confirm that the sk's latest builds for commandbook worldguard and worldedit are starting up with no errors
You can check this: http://build.sk89q.com/ for sk's latest builds... Many have been a bit cloudy...
mmm commandbook worldedit and worldguard gives probs with 1.3 and lwc
the 3 first ones are same author i hope hes busy to get it ready for 1.3 because 2 of them has been deliverd standard with the bukkit install....
i know hes still around and answering on hes forum
Not looking good for this plugin, the author does not play anymore have not seen a fork.
Has someone taken over this one, I prefer it over essentials.
Will this be updated anytime soon? According to the author of bpermissions, any plugins that rely on bpermissions' old API won't have working permissions... :/
Commandbook 2.1 works fine in 1.3.1 for us
using Commandbook build
509-b4a333d on thier jekins service, warps and /spawn are working just fine After doing /setspawn for latest dev build of Bukkit.
@vanderfr
same problem, in using commandbook, and 1.3, and it tped us to the ender void. i keep having to use /warp spawn. also, theres a problem with commandbook overwriting essentials :(
@Ukjk7
Just disable the commandbook warps component, simpleWarps does the same thing :)
/spawn command Teleport the player in the Ender Void On CB 1.3.1-R0.1 (Build #02267).
@Ovelite
There would be no need for this cus in 1.3 that is imported
can u add some commands to enable and disable
maybe:
- /plugin enable
- /plugin disable
Would it be possible to add support for the console to teleport players to coordinates? If so, this plugin would be more than it already is, perfect.
Hey, I installed a Warp plugin. I am a little bit new to Bukkit. My problem is when I run my server, the terminal says:20:31:15 [WARNING] [CommandBook] Failed to load warps: plugins\CommandBook\homes .csv (The system cannot find the file specified) 20:31:15 [WARNING] [CommandBook] Failed to load warps: plugins\CommandBook\warps .csv (The system cannot find the file specified) I talked to the guys at simplewarp and they say its not their problem, can u help me resolve this problem please?
Heyho, using cmdbook since first release.
Would be nice to have a locale file to translate all the messages, would be great.
And you should write /cmdbook reload in the description above ;)
Didnt't commandbook, use to have support for /sethome?
Hello, I saw that the latest DEV build tried to load chunks before teleport. A feature that I longed waited for because a lot of users compain that they die on /spawn or /home on my server. But, even on this build, that sometimes happen, can you look up to it? They die on the floor or suffocated.
Regards, John
Hey, I have some problems with the kits. I added a kit named starter and gave all my player the permission: commandbook.kit: true But no one can use /kit starter. Only ops can. I also tried giving them the permissions commandbook.kit.kits.starter: true and commandbook.kit.other: true I'm using permissionsbukkit. This works for all of the other commandbook permissions nodes.
@MinecraftAdmin
I've actually got 82 plugins on my server (with 0 console errors and lag)...
For first time starter Kits, i'm using starterKit.
For first time join, i'm using Herospawn.
You can also try this but i haven't test it.
