Help/Support
If you encounter a problem and it's not something covered by the tutorials and reference guide, please submit a trouble ticket using Bukkit's ticket requester in the menu above.
If it's something simple, post a comment and CJ will get back to you.
1.7.1 sees some welcome changes to the updater. /cmds update -c will simply recheck for an update and /cmds update -f will force an update whether it's needed or not. (Recommended for the minutes after release)
I also moved the update file to Dropbox so it will update much faster.
@ItsMeBrad
They should
@tnud
My current update system takes some time to sync through the Internets. I hope to change this soon.
@zonedabone
Actually it's not yet o_O Does it take a while for it to show up or did you forget a step somewhere? :P
Will the signs save and still work after a restart/reload with 1.7 now?
1.7.0 is up and running! Type /cmds update in game to get the latest and greatest!
Enjoy being able to put commands on anything! Put a command on a pressure plate to kill the player, or other diabolical stuff!
Redstone now triggers commandsigns that have this enabled with /cmds redstone. (While making CommandBlock)
Also, type /cmds edit and right click an active sign to change them after you've made them quickly and easily. You can even run a sign while editing by right clicking again, so you can easily test out your code before you finish editing. (By typing /cmds edit or /cmds clear)
@Royalgamer06
Why do you still need that functionality? Haven't you imported all of your signs already?
Also, I don't read German.
If you want multiply, please make a ticket explaining exactly what you mean. I really have no idea what you're talking about.
Final note: End the piracy!

For more formatting options, would you be able to have an option for chance, like when a player right clicks a sign with :
line1: ?25
line2: /^say Hello
line3: ?
line4: ?50
line5: /^say Goodbye
line6 ?
It would have a 25% chance of performing the command(s) under 25 and a 50% chance to perform the command(s) under 50.
Another option could be to make a commandsign available to a player only 1 time.

@Royalgamer06
That was a legacy feature. I removed it in the last code cleanup. The hope was that the month would be enough time for people to get their signs imported. =\
I'm working on fixing s many bugs as I can for 1.7.0, which will include redstone support. (By the way, you can bind commands to pressure plates right now and they work)
If there is an issue that doesn't have a ticket, please make it. I'm going by tickets right now.
This plugin is stunning. One of the best I've ever had the pleasure of using, just one big problem I'm experiencing: Whenever I, or one of my staff create a sign, after some hours, the sign reverts to a normal sign! I really need this before my server enters full release stage, please help.
@xproshox
That format worked for me xproshox. Are the permissions set up?
Hi guys, I love the plugin. I'm having an issue with the name variable. For example, when I was using the example in the video (because my previous attempts had failed), it didn't work. I typed /cmds line1 \Hello <NAME>. After clicking on it, it said Hello <NAME>. The same thing happened when I tried to use commands. Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong or if there is a problem, thanks!
Hey Zonedabone, I'm having the same problem as some of the others still. Everytime I reboot the server none of the signs are retaining the commands. Any ideas?
@zonedabone, I could kiss you. <3
@tnud i have seen to fix the problem by deleting the commandsigns folder and .jar then downloaded it again.
Maybe it was caused by using the auto-updater? at least for me after that the problems started
is there anyway to make these signs redstone powered? for example you step over a pressurepad and that runs the command /butcher
Can you make a command able to promote them
