ClearLagg
Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.
- Permission support
- Entity limiter
- Reduces lag
- Decreasing RAM/CPU usage
- Ability to stop a TNT chain reaction
- Option to limit mob spawners
- Locate overcrowded/abused chunks
- Many easy to use commands
- Real-time module controls
- Very lightweight - only enables selected features
- Remove old logs upon enabling server
- Limit AI processing attributes
- Console support for most commands
- Can adjust times when the server is cleared of lagg
- Completely configurable

Look for the one that has CB 1.7.9-R0.2 in the version.
Is there a version of this for 1.7.10?
@AlphaFarer
I highly doubt it's clearlag removing the entities you're spawning. Try to invoke the method "entity.setRemoveWhenFarAway(false)" after spawning it.
And this is where Essentials does their spawning: https://github.com/essentials/Essentials/blob/2.x/Essentials/src/com/earth2me/essentials/Mob.java#L95
@bob7l
When I install Essentials along with ClearLagg, /gc shows more chunks then when I don't have it :( All under the same conditions
Clearlag removes mob spawned with: Spider sp = (Spider) world.spawnEntity(new Location(world, 20, 123, 80), EntityType.SPIDER)', on chunk unload, but it doesn't remove /spawnmob spider from essentials, why?
I guess Essentials's code here, but I can't find the reason https://github.com/essentials/Essentials/blob/2.x/Essentials/src/com/earth2me/essentials/SpawnMob.java
@Nickshelton80
Clearlag doesn't modify chunk-loading/unloading in any way. If you're using Spigot/Paperspigot 1.8-1.9 then you most likely don't even need to use /unloadchunks as Spigot seems to have fixed the terrible chunk control in prior Bukkit builds.
ClearLagg is keeping thousands of chunks loaded (default config). I'm running no other plugins and when I do /lagg unloadchunks it says it unloads a few thousand but they load right back up.

Could you list all the names for the mobs? I do not know if iron golems are called iron golems or villager golems or how ever, please write down a list somewhere here.

Hi I am using ClearLag and in my Faction Server. But I cant Place a creeper egg, is it because ClearLag. If can I disable so the can Place some Creeper Eggs, like 5 , but not more. Thanks
/christian
Could you add a command like /lagg time so people can see how long it is until next time clearlag comes around. Great plugin, keep up the good work!

I have tried this plugin for a couple of days on my 1.9 server but today mobs started to disappear including all horses my players had. I tried to spawn a horse and it disappeared whithin a minute. It's strange cause I haven't done any editing in the config file for the last few days. Fortunately i could rollback my server and uninstall the plugin.
Hi Bob7l Most of the time I cant place creeper egg. Is it ClearLag that does it. And after the mobs and animals spawning from a Mobspawner they are disepearing quickly. How can I change that in ClearLag .
@Sikatsuu
I highly doubt it
@Refornm
Supports 1.9 (And 1.9 mobs) already
Can you add 1.9 mobs and support :)
Is /lagg unloadchunks removing armorstands? My armorstands are randomly dissapearing sometimes and I'm trying to find where the issue is.
What have I to write that Minecarts (all types) will not be removed will ClearLag?
Where do I find this in the config.yml?
